Pros:

The location was good, bed was very comfortable, and there were free drinks in the hotel lobby.

Cons:

The bathroom had a weird smell and it wasnt very clean, we also reserved the room with a view but we couldnt see anything because of the scaffolding and works being done, we also noticed workers passing by our window so we had to keep curtains closed all the time

Davvero grazioso!
Pros:

Inizialmente eravamo molto preoccupate leggendo le varie recensioni, ma probabilmente complice la recente rinnovazione, siamo rimaste davvero molto soddisfatte!
Noi avevamo una matrimoniale all'ultimo piano. Le stanze sono pulite e ordinate, con anche shampoo/bagnodoccia/sapone mani, la pulizia è si su richiesta ma in mezza giornata puliscono e non ci sono costi extra.
Le dimensioni sono ridotte rispetto ad una camera standard ma non é stato un problema in quanto lo spazio per le valigie/tavolino/attaccapanni c'è comunque e giravamo senza problemi. Bisogna anche tener conto che è un un palazzo tipico di Amsterdam: stretto e alto, con spazi ottimizzati...il che in realtà ha reso ancora più particolare il soggiorno!
La colazione è varia e si possono trovare alternative dolci e salate, non mancano te e caffè, assolutamente approvata!
Personale gentile e disponibilissimo anche perché abbiamo avuto un problema col volo e ci hanno aiutato benvolentieri.
L'unica cosa è che non rispondono al telefono e hanno una IA su WhatsApp ma alla fine si è rivelata abbastanza attendibile.
Resta il fatto che il personale è giovane e stradisponibile!!
Un'esperienza davvero piacevole!!
Ps. La vista dalla stanza era sul retro ma come si vedrà nel video è comunque carina!!
Pps. L'ascensore funziona!

Cons:

La ventola del bagno è rimasta sempre accesa ma alla fine a porta chiusa abbiamo dormito strabene.

Great place, good breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is newly renovated, the location is great. It was a nice surprise to get refreshment on the house at the reception.

Cons:

I tried to arrange for early check in but the link they sent was not working.

Building work at 7am
Pros:

The bed was comfy and in a good location

Cons:

The building work going on in the room above at 7am. The bathroom wasn't clean and the toilet seat was broken. Everything needs updating everywhere in the hotel and the staff were less than helpful.

Excelente lugar
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, cama muy cómoda, baño limpio; excelente desayuno

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que había que pedir que hicieran el aseo de la habitación todos los días, cuando eso debería hacerse si o si. Pero no fue un problema porque todos los días lo pedía y lo hacían

a 2 star hotel for the price of a 4 star hotel
Pros:

breakfast was basic, it was ok but not for a 3 star hotel. 2 star buffet with very basic food.

Cons:

there was no daily room cleaning service. The room/hotel was run down a lot. it felt it was under refurbishment and you are in the middle of it (all corridors were packed with boxes of something).
tiles in the bathroom broken, shower small and overall more like a 2 star hotel.
room had aircon and external heaters (not used but you can tell infrastructure is so old or not working where external plug in heaters are needed when cold).

The location was great and the staff were friendly

The room we were given was not consistent with what we rented and staff were unable to fix this for us without requiring us to check out of our room and spending a day unable to access the space we paid for

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und gut geschlafen
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang und freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Getränke und Knabberzeug (Softgetränke und Wein) wurden uns kostenfrei angeboten 👍🏻

Cons:

Baustelle im Haus direkt in der Etage über uns. Wir konnten das Fenster nicht öffnen. Es gab zwar eine Klimaanlage, aber Frischluft fehlte uns.

Mycket kvalite för pengarna.
Pros:

Jag gillade att hotellet hade gratis dricka.persobalen var riktigt hjälpsam och trevlig. Rummet kändes nyrenoverat och fräscht. AC:n var riktigt bra.

Très bon séjour, hôtel agréable et bien situé pour profiter pleinement d’Amsterdam.
Pros:

Très bon séjour. L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour découvrir Amsterdam, avec un accès facile aux principaux sites. La chambre était agréable et confortable. Nous avons également apprécié l’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. Une très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble.

Cons:

Peu de points négatifs à signaler. Le séjour s’est très bien passé dans l’ensemble.
