Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, al lado del tram que lleva a todos lados. Fácil moverse. Los trabajadores muy buen trato y había acceso a bebidas todo el día.

Pros:

Le personnel est adorable. La chambre est confortable. Nous avions une grande terrasse qui donnait sur l’arrière du bâtiment donc très calme. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très varié. Des boissons et du petit snacking sont à disposition à l’accueil et offerts par l’hôtel, ce fut très apprécié. Nous n’avons pas beaucoup exploré le quartier mais il y le tram juste devant l’hôtel pour aller partout sur Bruxelles.

Het bed was echt heerlijk! Lekker zacht, schoon en goed beddengoed.

Cons:

De badkamer vond ik op sommige plekken niet zo schoon en de grote lamp deed het helaas niet.

Pleasant stay in a very central location.
Pros:

The location was good. The atmosphere was potentially very cozy and warm, and the staff was very kind.

Cons:

Unfortunately the maintainance works were disruptive, the place was not particularly fit for a business stay/purpose and the rooms were a bit shabby.

Pros:

Bra läge i trevligt område nära bra kommunikationer. Bodde i ett fräscht nyrenoverat rum. Bra AC. Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Hissen var avstängd så vi fick gå i väldigt branta trappor till översta våningen varje gång vi skulle upp på rummet. Sådant kan så klart hända, men detta var ett planerat avbrott och därför borde de ha informerat i förväg och givit kompensation för det. Personalen var dock väldigt trevlig och erbjöd sig att hjälpa till att bära packningen till exempel.

Het personeel was geweldig en erg behulpzaam. De locatie was super!

Cons:

Het hotel werd verbouwd, dat wisten we niet van de voren. Het was ook ontzettend gehorig. Ik sliep op de begane grond en heb echt heel veel last gehad van de lobby, de hele nacht.

Great location, nice lobby, room was tired, small and not good value for money
Pros:

Great location in a lovely neighbourhood. Appreciated the lobby drinks and snacks

Cons:

Room was very tired, dirty, uncomfortable beds and poor shower. Had to ask multiple times to get assistance with a broken safe and request for a room clean. Very noisy room.
