Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del tranvía para llegar a la estación central. Muy buena relación precio/calidad. Por la mañana servían un desayuno muy completo. Es para destacar que había de cortesía durante todo el día bebidas (gaseosa, cerveza,cafe) y se podía usar el salón para llevar tu propia comida y cenar. Habitación pequeña pero completa, camas cómodas.

Pros:

Gute Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß oder per Tram zu erreichen
Frühstück ist okay.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt hier war eine kleine Katastrophe.
Wir hatten für 4 Tage ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, als wir ankamen wurden wir schon von drei Stahlträgern und einem Komplett aufgerissenen Aufzug in der Lobby begrüßt.
Unser erstes Zimmer war katastrophal, starker Geruch nach Rauch, Fett-Reste und Flecken auf der Kommode, fehlende Fliesen und Schimmel im Bad, Löcher und Flecken in den Bettbezügen, eine total verschmutzte Wand und abgehende Tapeten.
Nach einer Beschwerde wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, dieses war dann okay für uns aber abgesehen vom Geruch nicht wirklich in besserem Zustand. Aus diesem wurden wir nach 10 min allerdings wieder vertrieben da es anderweitig gebraucht wurde.
Das dritte Zimmer war dann wesentlich sauberer, allerdings immer noch mit fehlenden Fliesen, einer wackligen Duschamatur und wieder Schimmel in der Dusche ausgestattet. Auch der eigentlich gebuchte Balkon fiel weg.
Man versprach mit dem Management wegen eines Preisnachlasses zu sprechen und uns am nächsten Tag zu informieren.
Dies ist während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht passiert!
Beim auschecken wurde uns lediglich auf Nachfrage gesagt, das wir uns per Mail an das Hotel wenden sollen.

Pros:

Centrale ligging, vlakbij tramhaltes

Cons:

De kamers waren zeer ondermaats. Verouderd interieur, geen raam in de kamer en een doordringende geur in de kamer.
Er waren werkzaamheden bezig in het hotel, de lift was buiten gebruik en er was lawaai overlast door het kloppen en boren tijdens het ontbijt en heel chaotisch bij de check-in daardoor.
Het hotel had dit beter vooraf laten weten.

Konfor konum ve fiyat dengesi çok iyi. Tekrar gelebilirim.
Pros:

Personel süper alakalı ve yardımsever, kahvaltı çok iyi, hemen yakındaki tram istasyonu ile her yere ulaşım mükemmel. Yeni asansör yapılıyor, çok puan kazandıracak. Personel valiz taşımaya yardım ediyor.

Cons:

Oda konforsuz, çalışma yapacak masa ve sandalye yok, tualet temiz ancak mutlaka revize edilmeli, duş zemini kayıyor, dikkat!!

Pleasant stay, but expected more
Pros:

The staff were very polite and helpful.The breakfast was good, offering both hot and cold options. Complimentary drinks and snacks were available at the reception 24/7, which was a nice touch. The location is convenient, with tram number 4 stopping nearby and providing easy access to the city center. The neighborhood itself is quiet and enjoyable, with plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance.

Cons:

The room was quite small and rather basic, and it clearly needs renovation. Considering the price we paid for three nights, the quality did not meet our expectations.

Hotel en un barrio tranquilo y cerca del centro.
Pros:

Ubicación a 10 minutos del centro en tranvía. Habitación con balcón y vistas a un amplio patio interior muy tranquilo. Desayuno bufet correcto.

Cons:

El ascensor estaba en obras y las escaleras son estrechas y empinadas. La iluminación de la habitación muy pobre.
