Personal amabil, mic dejun ft bun.

Cons:

Camerele care sunt cu vedere la strada, de la etajele inferioare, au vedere spre instalatia de climatizare a hotelului. Un view deplorabil.

Dezamagitor pentru numele Hilton, pentru cele 4 stele si pentru pretul practicat!

Mic dejun acceptabil pentru un hotel de 4 stele

Cons:

Camera a fost aplasata cu geamurile catre tevile spa-ului si a fost extrem de friguroasa. Au spus ca nu ne pot schimba camera pentru ca e camera "standard". Halal standard la un hotel de 4 stele! A fost nevoie de radiator sa putem sta. La receptie au incercat sa ne mai ia inca odata banii de micul dejun cu toate ca noi il platisem prin booking. Le-am demonstrat, au acceptat intr-un tarziu si ne-au returnat banii fara sa-si ceara scuze. Am incercat intr-o seara la ora 21 sa luam masa la restaurantul hotelului si am fost refuzati pe motive "tehnice" cu toate ca erau alti cativa clienti care serveau deja masa.
