Spacious room, quiet, comfortable.
We were both undressed to take a shower and my wife discovered either there was no shampoo in the bottle or the pump did not work. I could not get any shampoo, either. In addition, for the coffee service there was only one pod for the machine and it was non-caffein.
The first surprise was the $50 overnight parking that I was not aware of. Definitely would have been a deal breaker had I realized it before booking. Secondly, the lights in the bathroom worked when we first checked in but when we got up the next morning to shower they no longer worked so we had to keep the bathroom door open for lighting. Breakfast was good and the staff were good. When I travel through Nashville again I will not be staying at this particular location.
Location was perfect and it was VERY clean AND COMFORTABLE THE staff was VERY friendly AND NICE the breakfast was good
Parking 50.00 a night a little high I guess due to the location the city/ downtown area. You have to pay for it other this place is nice
Exceptional staff, great breakfast,
Our window shade was off track so we were not able to close it. A maintenance man did come to fix it but the next day it wouldn't go back up. Room 719,
Yes!
Everything was fine.
Location
Clean
Everything about the hotel was amazing.
Parking was insane. We missed the memo about $45 a day to park. I ended up with over $100 in parking charges because of fees and taxes. When I first checked in I couldn’t find my ID and the lady was really rude. Told me we couldn’t check in without it. Which wasn’t the case after speaking to someone else. We found a paper towel in the light in the kitchen that was black and the light was burnt. Fire hazard! We let management know, however I will always be checking the lights as I enter rooms from now on.
Todo
NA
Room was clean. Staff were supportive and efficient.
Breakfast selection was poor and no well organised.
Location was too far to walk to Lower Broadway (in the heat)
Great breakfast, friendly staff, good proximity to midtown bars and restaurants
It was a place to rest so we could continue our journey.
We were charged $45.00 to park and we’re there 13 hours. I we been advised in advance of that we would have stayed at another location. At a time when everything is way too expensive you gouge people for parking. Shame on you.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.
Noise level (not hotels fault - but loud young kids early am and late at night), room faced roof and other wing of hotel. It is the worst breakfast I have had at a hotel in a long time. I was unaware of the $45 night parking fee. The parking garage elevator was out, but the staff who checked me in saw I had on a knee brace & a cane and gave me the self-park price for the valet option because of broken elevator. However, the valet will need to be tipped and in a 1 night stay there were 3 different valets!
It was in a reasonable distance from both the airport and Broadway
The staff were very unhelpful, couldn't answer any questions and never got off their seats. The breakfast wasn't well presented or described sometimes taking ages to replenish items. The area for eating breakfast wasn't that great either⁸
