We loved our room and the view. We also loved the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to our needs. We liked the breakfast and the gourmet coffee. The location of the Home2 Suites was perfect with a Wego bus stop very close by.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
It was very clean
It self it was clean and very friendly staff, I thought it was going to be closer to broadway, but the walk wasn’t bad
Originally was 3 but after the terrible billing service just received not sure still why I am being charged a split bill but caution to watch the billing from this hotel.
Everything was fine. Staff very helpful
Location and cost of Parking. The parking in the hotel cost 45 dollars a night and for going to downtown you need to use your car and you have to pay again several parking fees!!!
Julaina was so great. Helpful and considerate she is definitely a compliment to this location
Unbelievable customer service! Shoutout to Chantz and Serena! When I make it really big and I’m coming back to headline at Zani’s, I will remember you and I will always have my crew stay here! You guys🤩
Professional and helpful...
PJ was a huge help to me and my girlfriend. Very nice and respectful. Made parking a lot easier !
Julaina was amazing!! She always had a smile on her face and was just an overall amazing person to help us. The hotel was nice, clean and breakfast was good. We had no noise complaints at all. Our room was a pretty good size for us. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Downtown is a great spot to stay if you like the closeness of everything. we are very pleased with our stay for the amount we paid.
Wonderful stay!
From check in with Paula ( what a great light after a long day of travel ⭐) Our room was clean and nice. Breakfast is amazing! Annie ( love that sweet 80 yr old woman!)and Kevin keep everything running...clean and hot and fresh. Juliana at front desk is a doll. Keeps everyone smiling ( working hard and keeping everything in order)
Walking distance to so much. We walked to Broadway highlights, arena, all over! Safe at night.
Clean city.
Enjoy!
Great hotel in a great location. Only downside was the unexpected $45/day parking (self park). The staff is awesome. The breakfast is good. I hope I spelling her name right, but Julaina was the friendliest person in Nashville!
I had book a trip as we had an appointment at vanderbilt for my son. He had just had s treatment from my hometown snd could not travel so vanderbilt said they would do telehealth. At that time three days before we tried to cancel. Not getting a response I have been on the phone daily ( at which I did not need the stress and should be focused on my son) they sent me a message and declined giving me s credit. One I will never go through booking .com or this place again. I will not stay here and will advise not to go here to Vanderbilt. We are there two times s month. No problem at the other places.
breakfast, room
My daughter recently had to have an emergence c-section @Vanderbilt and we were facing a 6week NICU stay with the baby. We live hours away from the hospital. What started out as a scary situation was made much easier by our stay with you. When my daughter was released, we had to find her a place to stay as close as possible to her baby while recuperating. She was able to stay with the baby all day and keep a room about a mile away to rest at night. It was super easy to extend the stay as needed and all of your staff was helpful from the doorman to the cleaning staff. Our room was always clean, and we never had to ask the doormen for help. They were on it at all times. There are 2 people in particular that I need to thank. Sandra, at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and did it with a beautiful smile on her face. She asked about the baby and was a friendly face in the morning when we weren’t sure how our day was going to go at the hospital. This first few days were tough, but she made it easier. The other is Julaina. She was so great when we were at our wits end with the situation. She worked with us to get us checked in and helped us figure out what our next few weeks would look like in a helpful, friendly and professional manner. Love this place. And if I come this way, I would go out of my way to stay with you again. Thank you so much to all of you. You really are top notch.
Very crowded area- poor relaxation
Loud street noise
Good location
You have to pay to park at the hotel. $50 overnight for a hotel you reserved is ridiculous.
