Great place to stay and would revisit when in area again
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful, Great size room, Great powerful shower, All facilities in room met expectations
Local bars were well worth a visit, in particular "Odies" (Approximately 2/3 mins walk away and can be seen from outside the front of the hotel)

Cons:

A bit further walk to Broadway (the main nightlife area ) than anticipated, Took approximately 30mins to walk back to the hotel

Cons:

The fact you pay to stay somewhere but then they charge you $49 to park there and this information is not disclosed before you arrive! The breakfast buffet was no clean. The elevator in the parking garage was not working that makes it hard on someone who is handicapped.

Was there for my sisters birthday location was nice and convenient for what we wanted to do

All the staff were very friendly and provided all the information that i required.Serena and Sandra at receiption were excellent as were Annie and the lad from Honduras whose name i can't remember at breakfast.

I’ll never stay at this location again.
Cons:

The staff lady that helped prepared the breakfast assumed that I wasn’t a guest at the hotel, and asked me a bunch of questions. It felt very uncomfortable. The valet services also over charged me. They charged me for staying two nights instead of one. It’s hard to get in touch with their customer service department to get a response.

Our experience was a very pleasant short stay
Pros:

We stopped in Macon GA and we’re greeted with the smiling face of Kendrick the valet. He was very helpful and very courteous. He help us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Kendrick was always a delight to see. He was extremely polite, courteous, friendly and willing to accommodate you. The perfect gentleman, opening both car doors and asked to carry any bags you may have had. He’s a wonderful first impression!

Paula was the friendly, professional face almost every night of my stay. She was so sweet, accommodating, helpful when asked about recommendations or assistance with a problem or package arrivals. I enjoyed seeing and speaking to her nightly! She too, was a fabulous first impression inside the hotel!

The breakfast bar was good and offered various options. The morning faces varied but were always friendly with bright smiles and a happy morning greeting! I enjoyed by stay!

The hotel in located within walking distance to various restaurants and nightly entertainment. You have to check out the Baked Bear across the street if you’re an ice cream lover!

Nice hotel but be aware of the parking fees.
Pros:

Very good breakfast, the gym was a good size with good equipment, the room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The parking fees are outrageous but as I understand it, there’s no way around it because of the location.

Great experience
Pros:

The room was a great rate and location was perfect from broadway. Th room was clean and quite large. The view from the room was great. The atmosphere was friendly and Kendrick was great with valet. His colleague was also friendly and very funny and when I went to go to unlock the car he made a joke to tell me I know I can’t get in there without him.

Pros:

Kendrick actually is the goat of hotel experience he basically planned my whole vacation with great coupons and recommendations he even gave me a map so I wouldn’t get lost. You couldn’t have chose a better guy for the job.
