Agnadi View Villa

Great place for the price, very cleaned and peaceful. Unfortunately the staff is very rude, when it comes breakfast time we felt so intimidated by the staff constantly looking at your plate just to make sure you are not serving too much food, constantly controlling the amount of food we ate.

The owner was incredibly helpful and polite. The property is peaceful and near the bus stop. It was an amazing experience

Beautiful well located hotel with terrific customer service and staff. Staff is obsessed with being in control and are watching your every move. I saw them making a little girl put an apple back on the dinning table after she took a bit and was walking to her room with it. They have a strict no taking to your room breakfast rule and will call you out in front of other guests to humiliate you if you try. My son was not feeling well in the morning when I tried and they made a big deal about making him a plate. If you arrive early you can leave your things but they won’t let you use the facilities. They can also make it a problem for you to stay and use the facilities after check out as I saw them give a hard time to a family that had a late flight. They have a lot of bad reviews and I suggest you to read it before you decide to book it. If I had read the reviews instead of being taken by the beauty, convenience and price, I would have definitely stayed away. They made me feel so uncomfortable that I decided to go somewhere else for peace of mind. Was able to find a hotel for similar price, just slightly higher inside of the city. No pool but fantastic treatment. They even cooked for me and made me coffee to make up for the terrible experience I had at the previous hotel.

The unit we stayed in was small but clean. The loft is not full height so more appropriate for younger children. There is a small fridge and there is air conditioning. The pool was wonderful! Breakfast is included and we could sit on the upper level and there was a beautiful view. The owner was very helpful in arranging transportation for us from the ferry and, when our taxi didn't show up to take us back to the ferry, called the taxi company and made sure we were able to get our ride. We really appreciated his help. There is a public bus stop at the end of the driveway or, it's an easy 20 minute walk into Oia.

Property is located in Finikia which is 15 min from Oia. Half a block from the property there is Finikia restaurant which we visited twice. It has great food items. I recommend the lamb chops and Greek pizza… my daughters had the Greek burger which was very good and the blakava was also awesome. The transportation from airport is around $45 one way.. Santorini is about 20 min from Finikia… the staff was very kind and pool was awesome.

Peaceful location with room for improvement
Great location—no need to walk downhill like many places in Finikia. Easy bus access to Oia, but getting back can be tricky since there’s no return bus directly; walking takes about 10 minutes. Receptionist Steve and cleaner Dora were very polite. However, one staff member didn’t speak English and was unhelpful when my son and his girlfriend were denied napkins after breakfast. Reception closes at 6:30 pm; WhatsApp replies were inconsistent. Despite some issues, the sunset views and quiet setting make it a good choice if you prefer to stay away from the crowds.

The property was in a great location, clean, staff was great, breakfast was good, beautiful views and we were able to check in after midnight.

It is a nice property but to far from main attractions and bus system only goes one direction so it could take up to 45 mins on a crowded bus.

The hotel was good even nicer than the pictures, unfortunately, the customer service was not that good.
I would feel miserable if I denied the guest two bananas just because it is 7:40 am and not 8:00 am.
I would also feel embarrassed by giving a hard time to the guest because was checking out 5 minutes late. (11:05 am). Also stop doing faces to the guest ! We paid for a service ! You are not giving nothing for free! I saved you hours by checking in late and I saved you the breakfast !
As soon as I get back home, I ll check my bank account … just to be sure I wont get more surprises !

the hotel is also far from OIA and everything ... you better rent a car or stay in another place.
By the way ! We decided to stay one more night in Santorini ! Guess what ? We found a good customer service hotel.

Very good hotel for the price . The sunset view was good . Breakfast could be a little better.

Amazing view and walking distance to Oia. I would definitely recommend. Breakfast included was also a plus and the pool is a good size.

Staff was helpful

Met our needs for 4 adults. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy, very basic even by Greek standards. After the first day we skipped breakfast and ate elsewhere.
Excellent restaurant next door (Finikas) for breakfast and dinner.
Staff arranged transport to/from port without issues.

Lovely quiet place to stay with easy access to bus stop and trail to Oia

The property is nice and clean. Walkable distance to Oia. Swimming pool was good too.
The only downfall was the breakfast. It was one of the most boring breakfast I have had ever had in my life. If you are booking the hotel because of breakfast, please avoid. Also, there was no room service and a landline in the room and I had to go all the way to the reception if I needed something. Test it was a good onetime experience.

There are so many invisible bugs that I get bitten and the service is so bad. One customer was leaving eating an apple, but I took it and threw it away. I couldn't even take a banana with me.

the property was nice and the staff was friendly. views are stunning and the bus stop is right outside to go up to Oia. maybe install a shower curtain so the water doesn't get everywhere. makes the floor very slippery
