El trato personal

Cons:

Estuvo todo muy bien pero la habitación que nos tocó estaba justo en el paso de todos y se oía todo, un poco difícil poder descansar pero en general muy bien.

Pleasant stay in quiet setting with helpful staff and pleasant swimming pool area.

Cons:

Beds were low quality and not so comfortable. Breakfast choices were limited. This could be improved by offering eggs and toast facility. The packaged croissants were poor quality.

Bijzondere ervaring
Pros:

Ik heb meerdere verblijven geboekt op Malta en Gozo. Het was het duurste hotel wat ik geboekt had voor mijn verblijf op Malta en Gozo, desondanks was het redelijk betaalbaar. En qua recensies ben ik altijd van mening: je kan niet voor een dubbeltje op de eerste rij zitten, kortom: niet zeuren en kijken naar het goede. Mijn verwachtingen waren daarom gemiddeld.

Op zoek naar het goede: de kamer was prima qua omvang en schoon, er waren handdoeken, er was airco, met een auto was het hotel prima bereikbaar, je kan makkelijk in de omgeving parkeren. Fijn dat er ook een zwembad was met wat ligstoelen en tafeltjes om aan te zittten.

Je moest bijbetalen voor koelkast en gebruik keuken. Beide gaan per week en niet per dag terwijl wij er slechts een tweetal nachten verbleven.

Het is een enorme herrie, dus ook midden in de nacht op de meest gekken tijden. Het leek of het personeel bang was de gasten hierop aan te spreken. Gasten die met name uit oost en/of zuid Europa kwamen. Veelal in de loop van de avond al dronken waren en dan de hort op gingen en halverwege de nacht terugkwamen. Dit zorgde voor herrie bij de receptie, omdat je daar je sleutel achter moest laten en ophalen. Maar ook herrie doordat het af en toe leek alsof hotelkamers rondom ons werden afgebroken.

Het ontbijt was minimaal: er was een gesneden brood met beleg als kaas en worst wat yoghurtpotjes en stuks fruit. Er waren slechts een beperkt aantal tafeltjes om aan te zitten, deels in de serre die enorm heet werd door de zon.

Er waren rustige momenten af en toe bij het zwembad. In de middag waren er nogal luidruchtige gasten. Er waren geen parasols en tussen 12-15u geen schaduw.

Pros:

Pokoj dle fotek, milý personál, u bazénu vždy místa na lehátku.

Cons:

Horší čistota bazénu - hned ráno tam plavala špína a vlasy. Na pokoji byl slyšet hluk zvenku.

Very nice and helpful service, good location, close to bus stops

Cons:

The bathroom lacked ventilation, the shower curtain did not protect against leaks and as a result, after each shower the entire bathroom was flooded with water, including the bedroom - if you wanted to avoid this, you had to use low pressure in the shower, which did not allow for a proper bath
Breakfasts could be more varied, some products were missing right after the start
I was surprised by the additional fee for using the refrigerator
