Breakfast is minimal. Mattresses are covered with plastic sheets. Wild chickens wake you up at 5.30. Shower has a plastic curtain that hugs you intimately.

Poca attenzione all'esperienza del cliente

La struttura è dotata di aria condizionata, la nostra stanza aveva il balcone, era abbastanza grande

Cons:

Quando siamo entrati, il bagno aveva un odore sgradevole, non c'era bagnoschiuma ma solo tre saponette. La pulizia non era il massimo e poi soprattutto il secondo giorno, dopo il servizio di pulizia, ci hanno fatto trovare solo UNA tovaglia piccola per DUE persone, ne abbiamo dovuta chiedere una alla reception, la quale non si è preoccupata di controllare per bene cosa ci mancasse e abbiamo trovato di nuovo quello sgradevole odore iniziale. In stanza non è presente nemmeno il frigorifero che in estate sarebbe utile.

Personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

La camera attaccata alla reception, via vai di gente a tutte le ore e la notte che parlavano nel ingresso a voce alta. Non abbiamo riposato benissimo. Da migliorare assoluta la colazione
