Trochę daleko do przystanków autobusowych.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

First, I was not allowed to receive visitors at night. When my cousin and her friend came to visit me in the evening, they were not allowed to enter. For a moment, I felt like I was staying in a boarding school rather than a hotel in Malta.

The staff also seemed to treat guests in a very strict and controlling way. Unfortunately, I rarely saw friendly faces; most of the staff appeared unhappy and unwelcoming.

Another major issue was the bathroom. Every time someone took a shower, water leaked out onto the room floor. This happened several times during my stay. When I reported the problem, one staff member tried to explain how I should position the shower head to prevent water from leaking. I told her that I know how to take a shower and that the issue was clearly with the bathroom, not with me.

She seemed upset and told me that this should not happen again, even though the problem was beyond my control. On another occasion, when I reported the same issue, I was told that it had already happened twice before. I honestly did not understand what they expected me to do—avoid taking a shower? I did nothing wrong; the bathroom itself was faulty.

Overall, I never felt like I was staying in a hotel. The atmosphere felt much more like a strict boarding school. I would not recommend this hotel unless management improves both the facilities and the attitude of the staff.

When we arrived the air conditioning was not working and said the next day they will fix it. It did not happen so we ended up sleeping two nights with no AC and no mosquito net at the windows, so not only were we suffering from heat as it was extremely hot, we also had a lot of mosquitos bites all over as the room was full of mosquitos.
Also you have to pay extra to use the fridge, something that I have never met before at a 3 star hotel.

Climatizzatori rotti, colazione inesistente(brioche della Bauli confezionate) yoghurt tenuti fuori che quindi si scaldano. Unica nota positiva la piscina. Nelle foto é presenta una vasca idromassaggio ma in hotel non è presente.

The room was the worst I've ever stayed in at a hotel. It wasn't clean at all, and the bed creaked throughout the night.

We were allocated a ground-floor room close to the reception and the main entrance. As a result, we could hear people talking, coming in and out, and walking past the room at all hours. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep.

To make matters worse, the receptionist was on the phone for most of the night. We could clearly hear him talking and playing music from our room.

Our package also stated that the room would include a balcony, which was one of the reasons we chose this option. However, we were given a ground-floor room with no balcony. Given the poor condition of the room and the fact that it did not match the description we booked, I believe we were significantly overcharged.
