Contratamos por Booking y la habitación asignada estaba pegada al Hall de recepción. El hotel estaba ocupado por grupos grandes y no nos dejaron dormir por excesivos ruido partir de las 6,45 de la mañana.
Falta de previsión del exceso de ruido por ocupación del hotel de grupos grandes y no asignar mejor habitación menos ruidosa.
The beds are large and comfortable. We slept very well! Hotel parking was empty with no problem to park.
This is far off from a 4 star hotel.
The reception was always empty, you had to call out loud and wait for someone to appear.
We also didn't like the location, definitely not 400m from beach as stated. Having to walk a steep hill alongside a busy car road wasn't enjoyable. But the area of Suances is like that.
One time I got a new clean towel with spots on it from prior use, the ventilator in the bathroom was dirty with a lot of dust in it. Sometimes it took a long time for the hot water in the shower.
Additionally we had the room view on the side of reconstruction of the hotel's pool. So we couldn't open the windows due to noise and dust / bad air.
The situation was good, parking convenient and adequate. Breakfast was 'Continental' as one would expect. The room & bathroom were clean and well found. Over all a pleasant stay.
My only reservation was, a personal bug bear of mine, the air-conditioning was 'set' to 24°C. Which is 5°C hotter than I like.

Muy ruidoso, se escucha hasta cuando de otra habitacion tosen....y ni decir cuando salen de la habitacion con sus maletas a las 5 a.m

Cogí media pensión y la primera noche de cena la verdad que fatal así que me quedé lo que me quedaba de estancia solo alojamiento y desayuno

La cena fue deplorable para un hotel de esta categoria y el desayuno servido en mesa la bolleria no era del dia y muy reseca
El hotel veo que está muy bien por dentro y limpio. Lo único es que en el desayuno solo hay una persona atendiendo, y la gente estaba esperando. Deberían contratar a dos personas más para atender a los clientes más rápido. Eso es lo único que deberían mejorar: tener más personal en el desayuno.
Lamentablemente, no he tenido una buena experiencia. Durante la noche, el calor fue incómodo y traté de bajar la temperatura, pero no funcionó. Como resultado, no pude dormir bien.

Deja mucho que desear para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Cuando llegamos a la cena, poco más y no nos querían recibir, tenían un grupo grande dentro del salón y tenían la puerta cerrada cuando llegamos, cuando todavía estaba el servicio de cena disponible.
Supuestamente el desayuno es tipo buffet, pero no, es buffet si vas en grupo, porque a nosotros nos metieron en un salón al lado de recepción con una camarera, solos sin nadie más, con una carta, mientas tanto el grupo en la planta baja con su desayuno tipo buffet.
