Estancia agradable. Es el cuarto año que vamos

Su ubicacion ya que está en una zona alta y siempre hace aire y no pasas calor. Y se ve el mar.
La habitación está muy bien.
El parking

Cons:

En el baño falta alguna repisa para dejar las cosas. Y también alguna percha.
Las toallas de la ducha son pequeñas.

Desayuno PÉSIMO, atención PÉSIMA, me cobraron 290€ por dos noches y hasta las almohadas estaban sucias. Un total fraude.

L'insonorisation des chambres est insuffisante
La chambre en angle avec 3 fenêtres figurant sur l'annonce n’est pas disponible. Elle serait réservée pour 3 personnes.
Pas de café buvable au petit déjeuner.

Contratamos por Booking y la habitación asignada estaba pegada al Hall de recepción. El hotel estaba ocupado por grupos grandes y no nos dejaron dormir por excesivos ruido partir de las 6,45 de la mañana.

Cons:

Falta de previsión del exceso de ruido por ocupación del hotel de grupos grandes y no asignar mejor habitación menos ruidosa.

Not a 4 star
Pros:

The beds are large and comfortable. We slept very well! Hotel parking was empty with no problem to park.

Cons:

This is far off from a 4 star hotel.

The reception was always empty, you had to call out loud and wait for someone to appear.
We also didn't like the location, definitely not 400m from beach as stated. Having to walk a steep hill alongside a busy car road wasn't enjoyable. But the area of Suances is like that.
One time I got a new clean towel with spots on it from prior use, the ventilator in the bathroom was dirty with a lot of dust in it. Sometimes it took a long time for the hot water in the shower.

Additionally we had the room view on the side of reconstruction of the hotel's pool. So we couldn't open the windows due to noise and dust / bad air.
