Excelente servicio y ubicación

Me sentí como en casa.
Es un hotel muy confortable, la amabilidad del joven recepcionista hace muy placentera la estadía.
Están siempre dispuestos a colaborarte y a guiarte en lo que necesites.
Me pareció excelente.
Sin duda repetiría estancia a mi regreso a la ciudad.

Hotel is a budget hotel. The good Casino almost right next door, also a lot of night life. The bad no breakfast buffet, bathroom tight. Shower head to low for adults that are tall. The staff is great.

Excelente hotel cumplió todas mis expectativas. Lo mejor la atención y cordialidad de Fernando y Juan quienes estuvieron siempre atentos a ayudar y a hacer agradable la estancia en el hotel.

El valor que aparecía no era el real me terminaron cobrando más. Además el previo no es para semántica cuanto tan horrible y pequeño, en la zona hay hoteles mucho más cómodos y baratos. La verdad no pienso volver a utilizar la plataforma, gracias

The concierge wasn't able to find the reservation that I placed with hotels.com so I had to forward the email once more. This was a little unnerving but we were able to fix that and he was otherwise friendly. The room could have been a little tidier, for example the sheets had small blood stains leading us to believe that they don't change the sheets much or they don't bleach or discard ruined fabrics.

En general desafortunada estancia. Al llegar ni te acompañan a la habitación que es ruidosa,vieja y de baja categoría,no tiene ascensor, el desayuno escaso y no tiene fruta ( pago adicional ). Recibí la visita de mi novia que no se quedo a dormir y tuve que abonar 50000 COP por día, cuándo he estado en otros muchos hoteles de la zona y no tuve que abonar nunca nada, sólo cuándo se quedo la noche entera ( lo cuál es normal). Por tanto, no volveré nunca a este hotel.

Excelente ubicacion a media cuadra de calle 70. La calle de la rumba. La atencion es fantastica y el personal muy muy amable. El unico detalle es que no tiene ascensor ,lo demas todo muyyy bueno.

I was in a unit on the first floor next to the garage therefore it was very noisy. The room was small but the bathroom was large and very nice. Overall, the area was excellent and I had no major complaints.

This is my kind of hotel! Modest price, nothing fancy but clean and airy one a quiet side street and very close to a nice area.

My wife, I and a family friend stayed in the hotel February 5 - 8, 2016, and found an attentive staff, a comfortable night's sleep, and a delicious morning breakfast. This is not an elegant hotel that will impress your friends, but represents a very good value for your money. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and coffee and water were always available in the lobby.

I was there with my husband for 9 nights. Pros: Very clean. Great location. Max 3 blocks from banks, grocery stores, restaurants, bars and church. Eight blocks from metro system. A lot of transportation options. Front desk personnel like Pablo and Juan and cook Lina, were extremely good. Cons: Need to improve in WiFi connection. Bathroom needs a shell or vanity to put your personal grooming items.

Generally a good experience, room was comfortable and staff courteous. Downsides would be poor in room wi-fi (ok in lobby area) and initially I was charged local tax until I pointed out that this had already been added at time of booking.

It was Ok. The neighbourd is ok, not dangerous. People who work in the hotel care about how the guests feel
