Children aged 4 to 11 stay free of charge when using existing beds with 1 or 2 adults. Breakfast is not included.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card (TAM) and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption.
Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
Pets:
Guests are welcome to bring their dogs, provided they comply with the pet policy, for an additional fee of USD 38 per pet per night (taxes not included). A maximum of one pet per room is allowed. Reservations must be made at least two days in advance.
Only pets weighing up to 18 kg are permitted. Upon check-in, guests must present certificates issued by a licensed veterinarian (or competent authority) confirming that their pet has been vaccinated and dewormed within the last six months.
In accordance with Peruvian law, potentially dangerous breeds such as American Pit Bull Terriers, Dogo Argentinos, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted. Only dogs are allowed, and food and water bowls are available for loan.
For guide dogs, a certificate issued by CONADIS (or a competent authority) attesting to the need for assistance must be presented. If this certificate is not provided, the corresponding fee for the pet's stay will be charged.
Pets may not be left unattended in the room.

Hubiese preferido que el Jacuzzi sea en un ambiente privado, y no al costado de la piscina.
Los precios son más altos que otros hoteles y restaurantes, pero la infraestructura moderna y cómoda lo justifica.
Personale accogliente, la vista del ristorante alla piazza e meravigliosa, puliti, la struttura e moderna e la colazione molto variata e squisita.

La ubicación es perfecta frente a la Plaza de Armas, al lado de la Catedral, con amplias ventanas desde el restaurant que permite una vista maravillosa mientras desayunas o almuerzas y facilita el acceso a diferentes puntos de interés. El desayuno es variado y muy agrdable. La carta para el almuerzo es variada, la comida de linda presentación y muy buen sabor.
La movilidad del hotel solo cubre 2 vuelos, por lo que, en horarios diferentes debemos tomar un taxi particular para llegar al aeropuerto. No me parece mal, solo es un comentario.
