Important information:

Children aged 4 to 11 stay free of charge when using existing beds with 1 or 2 adults. Breakfast is not included.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card (TAM) and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption.

Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Pets:
Guests are welcome to bring their dogs, provided they comply with the pet policy, for an additional fee of USD 38 per pet per night (taxes not included). A maximum of one pet per room is allowed. Reservations must be made at least two days in advance.
Only pets weighing up to 18 kg are permitted. Upon check-in, guests must present certificates issued by a licensed veterinarian (or competent authority) confirming that their pet has been vaccinated and dewormed within the last six months.
In accordance with Peruvian law, potentially dangerous breeds such as American Pit Bull Terriers, Dogo Argentinos, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted. Only dogs are allowed, and food and water bowls are available for loan.
For guide dogs, a certificate issued by CONADIS (or a competent authority) attesting to the need for assistance must be presented. If this certificate is not provided, the corresponding fee for the pet's stay will be charged.
Pets may not be left unattended in the room.

Tiene todas las facilidades y servicios. Está en el corazón de Cajamarca. Un excelente restaurante con una linda vista de la ciudad y los servicios de sauna y masajes fueron increíbles 😍

Una joya histórica con servicios de lujo, pero con retos importantes para el descanso
Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable: El hotel está en plena Plaza de Armas, a pasos de todos los sitios históricos, zonas comerciales y agencias de turismo. Es el punto de partida perfecto.

Servicio excepcional: El personal es increíblemente atento y amable. Tuvieron la gentileza de cambiarme de habitación cuando reporté incomodidad en la primera.

Gastronomía de alto nivel: El desayuno es variado y delicioso. El restaurante es realmente gourmet; cada plato que probé fue exquisito y de calidad superior.

Segunda habitación: Tras el cambio, me asignaron una habitación mucho más amplia y con ventana hacia el exterior, lo cual agradecí mucho.

Cons:

Falta de climatización: El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado. Las habitaciones que dan hacia la piscina temperada se sienten como un sauna por el calor y la humedad; es una distribución que no recomendaría.

Ruido extremo: El descanso fue pésimo debido a la cercanía con la Catedral. Desde las 3:00 a.m. suenan campanadas cada 15 minutos, volviéndose más fuertes cada hora hasta el amanecer. Si tienes sueño ligero, es casi imposible dormir.

Detalles de cortesía: Me sorprendió que un hotel de esta categoría no ofrezca agua de cortesía de bienvenida ni crema para el cuerpo entre sus amenidades de baño. Son detalles básicos que harían la estancia mucho más amena.

Bien, pero deben mejorar el sistema de las ventanas. No se pudo dormir.

La ubicacion y el comedor. Buen desayuno

Cons:

Tienen que poner un sistema antiruidos en los cuartos que dan a la calle. La bulla es insoportable tanto por el tráfico, como por la discoteca que está al frente. Imposible dormir. Encima no hay aire acondicionado ni ventilación, por lo que si habrías la ventana era como si estuvieras dentro de la discoteca y si cerrabas la ventana, te morías de calor y encima no funcionaba bien porque no es un real sistema antiruido. Fue imposible dormir. Fuimos 21 personas y todos tuvimos el mismo problema

Wunderbares Topp-Hotel mit perfekter Lage an der Plaza direkt neben der Kathedrale. Ein riesiges vielseitiges leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, geräumiges elegantes Zimmer mit viel Platz, vielen nützlichen Details wie Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, großer offener Schrank ... Ganz besonders hervorzuheben wie freundlich das Personal ist. Ganz tolles Hotel, empfehlenswert wie auch das Costa del Sol in Trujillo direkt an der Plaza

No estuve muy a gusto esta vez
