Muy cómodo y un muy buen servicio!

Bonito hotel y el personal muy amable!

Cons:

El aire acondiconado de la habitación hacia demasiado ruido. El frio bar de la habitación no funcionaba y las bebidas estaban calientes, comuniqué a recepción pero no lo solucionaron.

El personal en la piscina y en el spa. Súper amable y muy profesional.

Cons:

La recepción, pésimo, pareciera que le molestaba que llegara a hospedarme, además me dijo que la demora en preparar los alimentos demora siempre una hora. Y este comentario se debió a que se demoraron una hora en un pedido, terrible, nadie se hizo responsable se olvidaron del pedido.

La recepción, me quisieron cobrar por un consumo que nunca hice, me dijeron que había dos coca colas, cuando debió haber una coca cola y una inca cola, hicieron entender que había cambiado los productos, cuando en realidad nunca consumí nada. Y no consumí nada por la mala experiencia al momento de hacer un pedido de comida. Pase ese evento, pero luego pedí hielo a la habitación y se demoraron 30 minutos, toda una exageración los tiempos en que atienden.
