Congratulate your staff for their welcoming, helpful attention. It’s the standout of this hotel.
Pros:

The staff were all excellent. We received warm welcomes each time we came in and out, assistance and guidance. Rooms were large which was appreciated.

Cons:

The in room amenities like soap etc, glasses were not in good supply. Cleanliness could be improved. Breakfast

Cons:

there were kids running up and down the hallway all day and night , all weekend , complained to the front desk several times but they don't care and where r their parents they don't seem to care either, i work too hard to have to put up with this nonsense. have some common courtesy for the other guest.
