Booked on a whim due to power outage
Pros:

Nice breakfast, clean, EXCELLENT service from staff. Attentive, accommodating and just lovely in general. Doggies doggies everywhere!

The care we received from check in to check out was flawless. The breakfast was phenomenal, I have stayed at many hotel
Pros:

I was greeted by Nicole and Latoyah smiling friendly faces. We requested early check in and received it our Disability room with rolling shower was enormous. Big and comfortable.

Easy, breezy & pain- free!
Pros:

I come to this hotel every 2-3 months for work related purposes. I enjoy staying here very much. The rooms are great; everything you need, nothing more- nothing less. Nice breakfast with friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing staff
Pros:

Had a nice stay here while visiting family. We had breakfast at the hotel all 4 mornings we stayed and every morning the staff was so friendly, especially Mon. She recognized us every morning and always greeted us! Overall we had a great stay here!

A true home away from home
Pros:

For the past two years, I’ve stayed at this hotel once a month for work, and it has become my constant. What keeps me coming back is not just the comfort—it’s the people.

Tom and the morning breakfast attendants bring warmth and care to every morning, and LaToya Johnson at the Front Desk consistently goes above and beyond. She remembers my name, anticipates my needs, and makes every arrival feel personal and grounding.

This hotel understands that true hospitality is about connection. Every stay feels like coming home—and that is rare.

Poor value, poor experience.
Pros:

I have been a Hyatt member for years and have stayed at many in USA and London. Worst experience to date. It appears they were hosting a boys hockey function and cordoned off the only food available in the hotel. Noisy yelling children, lots of food trash in hallways because customers had to order out to local food chains to eat. $268/night for this. Pls don’t hold functions if your hotel cannot accommodate them without negatively affecting all your other customers.
