Ok but could be better. Front desk guy was great
Cons:

I have stayed here several times. Each time phones either not plugged in or working properly. (have to be on speaker to dial and connect.

Each time asked for wake up call, never received and the way the alarm clocks work it is hard to be sure set for am or pm and no instructions. This is especially annoying since one of the reasons people stay here is proximity to Logan Express

great value and service. I would return!
Pros:

location, price , staff very attentive and helpful. close to restaurants. free parking.

Cons:

room 302 needs bathroom air vent cleaned. HVAC unit under window requires filter change, cleaning. toilet runs if you do not manually pull up the handle. bathroom sink stopper broken. commons areas need more cleaning attention. i.e. elevator floors.
