Guipu Courtyard Hotel

This hotel was an absolute gem. We enjoyed our stay so much on arrival in Beijing that we booked to stay again upon our return to the city after travelling elsewhere in China. The staff were extremely helpful — especially Lily Zhang who gave us excellent advice on places missed by many tourists and helped us with booking tickets to places such as the National Museum and Tiananmen Square. The hotel is just a short walk from the subway station and a main road, but is tucked away in a traditional hutong neighbourhood, meaning it has good transport connections but is also quiet in the evening and full of character. It is also close to the lovely Bei Hai Park and Qian Hai Lake region. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Not good if you like peace and quiet. The neighbors can be loud into the night.

This is a great place to experience Si He Yuan (courtyard) in Beijing at an affordable rate. Grabbing distance to the subway and restaurants. Try it out!

Such a nice property, tottaly recommended

The hotel was very beautiful and antique but the room was smaller than I expected. However, I checked in mid-night during winter the room was very warm and the floor was also heated. Which makes it really cozy. I really enjoyed my stay here in Beijing.

L'hotel è in un quartiere di hutong tranquillissimo e distante 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Lo staff è gentile ma poco propositivo e non parla inglese (serve usare un traduttore online). Noi abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti in due camere doppie posizionate a piano terra e in un corridoio. Le nostre stanze erano molto piccole (non adatte a due persone) e mancano di piani di appoggio e spazi di circolazione. inoltre l'unica finestra da su un corridoio interno e purtroppo abbiamo patito molto i rumori causati da altri ospiti non rispettosi. A causa di un guasto all'impianto antincendio l'ultima notte sianmo stati spostati di camera e quelle di livello superiore sono più spaziose e soprattutto con finestra verso il cortile quindi più silenziose. Apprezzabile che ci sono tantissime camere a piano terra senza ostacoli, adatte a chi ha difficoltà motorie.

Enjoy the traditional Beijing house and HuTong

The room that we had was amazing! It was very clean and has this cozy, upscale, and luxury vibe. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is in the city close to multiple malls and restaurants. This hotel is also close to tourist attractions like the Forbidden City. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! I will definitely rebook with them when I get back to Beijing.

Fijn en mooi hotel in een rustige straat waarvandaan je snel op veel bijzondere plekken bent. Receptioniste spreekt aardig engels.

Tradiitonal Chinese SiHeYuan housing yet rooms are in standard tourist condition.

Lovely little courtyard hotel in very convenient location to explore Beijing. The Metro was very accessible to get everywhere in the city. Xisi road had great little spots to eat and try some of the delicious Beijing street food options.

房间很小，家具又太多，整个就很拥挤，家具摆设挡住了排插的位置，根本充不了电！

房间什么景都没有！出了院子还要走一段路才能到马路边，重点是车还不好叫！！

Hôtel situé dans un des meilleurs quartiers de Pékin, dans un hutong traditionnel bien restaurés. L'accueil est très sympathique, le personnel attentionné. Il y a de nombreux restaurants dans les environs immédiats.
