距離火車站的距離預估是舊火車站不是新台東站。有蚊子，跟櫃台要求就提供了電蚊香。
性價比高、地理位置方便、櫃檯服務人員很好
隔音效果不好，不過入住前就知道了
台東に来たらいつも泊まっています。
部屋は簡素ですが何も問題ありません。
