交通真的非常便利，樓下又有徐匯廣場可以逛街吃飯，除了捷運還有公車可到，附近也很多商家可以滿足生活需求，真的太棒了。環境非常舒適，房間裝床新潮，有淋浴間也有浴缸，真的很少有這樣子的房間.這次的住宿經驗非常得好，期待下一次到台北市繼續入住。推薦給大家囉，不要質疑，訂就對了。

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé, un peu à l'extérieur du centre-ville bouillonnant de la ville. Station de métro et supérette au pied de l'hôtel. La salle de sport est moderne et bien équipée. Insonorisation nickelle, je n'ai pas entendu une seule fois mes voisins. Très appréciable, un coin laundry est disponible, ce qui permet de faire sa lessive de manière peu onéreuse. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Comfortable stay but don’t expect great service.

Cons:

Service was very transactional. No warmth and hospitality as experienced at other hotels. Would like to raise one issue, although there were other minor areas which gave us this impression.

My family’s booking included breakfast and I had indicated 5 guests in my booking (through this platform). But on the second day at the hotel, the receptionist said that although the family room could accommodate 5 guests, the breakfast was only for four, and we had to pay for the fifth breakfast. This was not clear in my booking nor is this clearly stated anywhere. It was intuitive that the breakfast was included for all registered guests. The receptionist suggested I raise this to booking.com. This is an issue to be resolved between the hotel and booking.com for the gap in communication, and should not be pushed to the guest. Granted that the hotel is running a business, the hotel could have accomodated this grey area which we have experienced at other hotels previously.
