Parfait ! Prendre la demi pension car la qualité de la cuisine est excellente pour un surcoût modique. Nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre de 80m2... avec sauna.

Hotel carino e pulito. Le stanze sono troppo riscaldate ed u cuscini scomodi, per il resto tutto ok....piscina e zona relax bellissimi, personale gentile e disponibile, buona colazione abbondante e di qualità.

Location is highly recommendable for family, very close to all the attraction of Stubai valley.
The Hotel is very comfortable and clean,food is excellent and very varied.

Hotel Bergcristal is the closest hotel to Stubai Glacier that will not crush your budget. Easy to book, Easy to find with a wonderful staff. The food is first class and prepared fresh for each meal by the resident chef / manager. OH - and I must mention - my son was absolutely THRILLED with the WIFI connection speeds! We will be returning to Hotel Bergcristal for more skiing.

Great stay, of all the details from staff, restaurant, rooms, and spa were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Super fint hotel i typisk alpe-stil. Meget smuk beliggenhed med udsigt til sne-klædte bjerge. Fint stort værelse med balkon. Indendørs pool i kælderen med mange fine faciliteter og udsigt til have. Fin restaurant med stor terasse. Aftensmad og morgenbuffet var god. Meget venligt personale.

Personale cordialissimo. Abbiamo festeggiato il primo anniversario di matrimonio ed a sorpresa ci han fatto trovare un'intera sacher ed i fiori sul tavolo e la stessa cosa per il mio compleanno. Il centro benessere è bellissimo. La zona è stupenda

The hotel was ideally situated in the Stubai valley south of Innsbruck. our room looked up the valley towards the snow covered mountains. (Even in mid July). We were on a fly drive holiday and we had easy access to the Glacier and other alpine meadow walks. We booked half board and enjoyed excellent breakfasts and five course evening meals. The food was of a high standard and the Hotel was very clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We would go back again.
