Super schönes & authentisches Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren eine Woche zu zweit in einem Apartmentzimmer. Die Zimmer sind super schön eingerichtet, alles sehr modern und geschmackvoll sowie hochwertig. Das gilt auch für die gesamte Unterkunft. Das Hotel deckt alles ab was man für einen tollen Urlaub in Tirol braucht, schöne Zimmer, Spar und Pool, gute Küche, schöne Gemeinschaftsbereiche. Abgerundet wird es von dem sehr freundlichen und authentischen Personal und kleinen Annehmlichkeiten, wie vor Ort ausleihbaren Mountainbikes sowie de idyllische Umgebung.

Great stay, can’t recommend enough
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, the room was comfortable, the view amazing, the pool and spa facilities

Cons:

The clock tower 🤦🏻‍♀️ the bells rung in early morning, not the hotel’s fault of course, but it is right across from it

dass man als einzelner Gast an nicht so schöne Plätze gesetzt worden ist beim Frühstück und Abendessen und man sich diese nicht aussuchen durfte

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist ein Träumchen.
Kurz und knapp das Wichtigste: Einrichtung - super modern und in sich stimmig, Sauberkeit - makellos, Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals - tip top, Essen im Restaurant - sehr lecker (meine Empfehlung: Trüffelpasta), Spabereich - eine absolute Wohlfühloase, Umgebung - gepflegt und ruhig, Zimmeraustattung (Apartment) - alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.

Cons:

Leider ist in der Zimmerreinigung keine wirkliche Zimmerreinigung enthalten. Wir waren drei Frauen mit langen, dunklen Haaren, wodurch nach kurzer Zeit jede Menge Haare am Boden herumlagen. Diese wurden leider während des Aufenthaltes nicht entfernt. Ein einfaches Durchsaugen hätte schon geholfen. Auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, dass hierfür ein Aufpreis berechnet werden würde, weswegen wir bei drei Tragen Aufenthalt darauf verzichtet haben. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde es aber zu einem Problem werden. Bei einem Hotel dieses Kalibers und dieser Preiskategorie erachte ich es als nicht angemessen, hierfür eine extra Gebühr zu verlangen. Sehr schade.

Für mich persönlich war die Matratze zu weich, aber dies ist vermutlich eine sehr relative Empfindung und variiert von Person zu Person.

The pool and saunas are amazing! The room was new, very comfy and clean. Free bicycles. Overall luxurious feeling for a fair price.
