Pros:

Možnost zabavit se v hotelu v případě špatného počasí. Nabídka aktivit mimo hotel. Ochota personálu. Velký výběr jídla z rautových snídaní a večeří. Večeře není nutno objednávat dopředu.

Cons:

Fleky na závěsech a křesle.

Pros:

Z hotelu je všude blízko, v resortu byl klid, všude zeleno, hezky upravené zahrady. Výhodou je spojení s Aquaforem chodbou a jednoduchý vstup na čip.

Cons:

V pokojích chybí klimatizace a některé pokoje nemají ledničku. Jeden večer jsme měli smůlu na pomalou a nepříjemnou obsluhu v kavárně Pawlik.

Entspannter Aufenthalt mit viel Geschichte.
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Gebäude aus der Kaiserzeit. Tolle Lage am schönen Park. Hohe Räume. Trotz hoher Auslastung des Hotels, ruhig im Zimmer. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Schöne Liegewiese hinter dem Hotel. Schöne Bar. Nur 10 Minuten zum Zentrum. Aquapark direkt zugänglich.

Cons:

Zimmer nicht wie beschrieben, kein 4 Sterne Standard. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht optimal. Teppich im Zimmer stark abgenutzt. Freundlichkeit im Haus hält sich in Grenzen. Zwei Klassen Speisesaal-Aufteilung.

Lokalita hotelu je bezkonkurenční.

Cons:

Vzhledem k dřívějším zkušenostem s tímto hotelem se bohužel zhoršila oblast gastronomie. V poměru s cenou za pobyt bych očekávala jak větší výběr například studené snídaně, nebo naopak větší výběr u večeří. Všechny zákusky chutnají stejně a zmrzlina je jen zmrzlá hmota.
Dále bych očekávala, že hosté hotelu budou mít parkovné v ceně, opak je pravdou a za noc 300 ,- Kč, přičemž to na parkovišti ani nebylo nijak hlídáno. To mi přijde neadekvátní v hotelu s tak vysokou prezentovanou kvalitou.
