Der Aufenthalt ist ok, man muss selber das für sich Beste daraus machen
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, das Kurangebot auch. Abends / am Wochende gibt musikalische Darbietungen. Schade dass man das Auto nicht am / beim Haus parken kann. (Wg. Fußgängerzone ) Auf einen bewachten Parkplatz wurde hingewiesen, der auch wirklich super, sicher und günstig war.

Cons:

Alter sozialistischer "Charme" ist gegenwärtig. Es gibt heruntergekommen, deutlich sichtbare zusammenfallende Gebäude in der besten Lage! (Fußgängerzone) Das Hotel wurde in der Ausstattung aufgehübscht. Die Duschtasse wurde erneuert und mit 3!!! drei!!! verschiedenfarbigen Silikonen ausgefugt! Steckdosen sind zu wenig im Zimmer. Das Reinigungspersonal ( Frau mittleren Alters) hat den Knall noch nicht gehört! Kam 3mal innerhalb von 15min ins Zimmer und wollte reinigen. Wir untersagten es wiederholt. "Sie müsse aber nun hier reinigen... " in schlechtem Deutsch und noch schlechterem Englisch
Das Personal beim Frühstück war in allen Belangen super! Freundlich, hilfsbereit. Für die Anzahl der Gäste sind die ZWEI vorhandenen Selbstbedienungskaffeemaschinen zu wenig! Auch ist es wie überall; Die Dummheit oder der Fehler steht immer VOR dem Kaffeeautomaten!

Pros:

Lokalita- přímo v centru,na pokoji lednička,možnost jednolůžkového pokoje

Cons:

vzhledem k ceně nemám co vytknout, hotel je starší, pokoje jednoduché , ale čisté, jídlo dostačující -ráno i večer formou bufetu

Gefallen hat uns das Zimmer und die Aussicht , das Frühstücksbüffet,reichliche Auswahl.
Rezeptionmitarbeiterrin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Verdeckte Kosten die man hinterher bezahlen musste.zb.Parkgebühr,im Angebot wurde geworben,das das Parken umsonst wäre.
Be und Entladen des Autos sehr umständlich,Parkplatz zu weit entfernt,im Winter nicht geräumt,man musste sich gegenseitig helfen um vom Parkplatz zu kommen.
Sehr unangenehm war der Duschvorhang mit Flecken im Bad.
Saftangebot zum Frühstück sehr stark mit Wasser verdünnt.

Pros:

Die Aussicht vom Balkon, das Frühstück und die Grösse des Zimmers waren top. Die Infrarotsauna war ebenfalls sehr angenehm, leider jedoch nur bis 16:30Uhr.

Cons:

Die "richtige" Sauna ( im Savoy ) war leider defekt.

Die Infrarotsauna hat man 1h, aber nur bis 16:30Uhr. Es wäre schön, wenn sie auch in den Abendstunden nutzbar wäre.
