Amaks Safar Hotel

Хорошая бюджетная гостиница. Не далеко от центра. Если вы хотите люкс-обслуживание, то это не этот вариант. Но для среднего уровня- очень хорошая гостинница.

Отель большой, высокий. Уличные шумы не беспокоят, в номере чисто, постельное бельё, полотенца - новые, белоснежные. На каждом этаже кулер с водой. До станции метро минут 10 пешком.

Забронировали это отель как самый ближайший к месту проведения Red Bull Air Race 2019.
Приключения начались по приезду в отель, нас не смогли заселить раньше 14:00, как и всех других, кто приехал с утра, в итоге нам пришлось после ночи в поезде оставлять вещи в камере хранения и идти гулять до 14:00.
По возвращению пришлось ещё ждать, так как свободных номеров всё ещё не было, в итоге когда номер предоставили, он не соответствовал тем пожеланиям, которые я оставлял во время бронирования - окна в номере выходили на дома, а не на реку, где проходило мероприятие. Работа службы заселения оставляет желать лучшего.

Скромный отель. Все просто, но чисто. Завтраки без изысков, но голодным не уйдешь

The location of hotel is good but it is not comfortable to stay. The room had smell of old furniture. The bed was not comfortable. There was not enough personal to help us. We waited at least 20 minutes for checking in.

Отличное место для комфортного отдыха. Пару минусов касающихся работы холодильника и света, но персонал быстро приходит во всем на помощь

Удобное расположение.
Свежие продукты питания.
Отзывчивый и компетентный персонал.
Администрации отеля стоило бы запланировать о смене интерьера (учитывая район месторасположения).

Didn't get to stay here much. Went for the WC but the room was clean and staff friendly.

Large hotel, small room. My first room did not have air conditioner and I asked for another room.
You have to pay additionally for room with A/C. Staff is helpful. Hotel DOES NOT HAVE real swimming pool,only little hot tub with spa and you have to pay extra 500 rub. to use it.

Hotel bem localizado

Fiquei somente 1 noite para o jogo do Brasil e o ponto positivo do hotel é a localização. Fora isso, camas super antigas, banheiro ultrapassado e com chuveiro péssimo, sem ar condicionado (Verão em Kazan é quente!).

Remarkably crummy. Moved out after the first day because the hotel did not have the promised pool (still shows as having one in the listing!), and because the room was infested with some sort of biting mites. Really set a new bar for low quality in Kazan.

Their stuff is extremely unhelpful and rude to some extent. They are also cheating by claiming they have wifi. Initially they told the wifi password is in the room which is a blatant lie . When asked again the rudely said there is a red color handbook and we should look at it before asking . I did not find anything on the red handbook so I brought it down and asked them to show me where the password is. Obviously there was none so now the receptionist took my phone and entered the password herself . We have better things to do than running after a simple peace of information isn’t it ? Check in took us 40 min to complete. No AC in the rooms . Overall it’s a pathetic hotel and should be avoided . Oh I forgot their breakfast is rubbish .

No AC, no hair dryer, many flies, poor services and super inflated price (even far more expensive than proper hotels in Moscow) during world cup, so don’t stay in that hotel unless you don’t have a choice like me

3 start hotel, short walk to public transportation, about 15 minutes to Kazan Center by bus.

We stayed 2 nights but they didn’t clean our room. I understand the hotel was full because of World Cup but we paid I very high rate and they should hire extra staff.

Outside this problem it was ok

really old hotel not well maintained, not helpfull staff location ok but not so good really not worth $150 a night not even $150 rubles a night and I paid $150 dollars

Front desk service was good. Svetlana, who was there to assist English-speaking guests, was excellent. Comfortable, clean, no frills hotel. Only complaint was poor, almost nonexistent Wi-Fi in our room.

Muy buenas instalaciones limpieza y atención , solo debe mejorar el aire acondicionado en áreas comunes , lobby y no pudimos encontrar la pileta cubierta

do not recommend unless on a really tight budget.reception rude and cannot communicate in any other language than russian

Good in general but a few staff in the counter for check in ..... long long lines
English needs to be improved.
