Dobrá voľba pre pobyt v Pardubiciach
Pros:

Hotel sme našli pomocou navigácie, len bolo trochu ťažšie identifikovať "správnu" budovu, nakoľko nadpis je na bočnej strane. Bolo potrebné sa trochu "viac" pozrieť. Personál bol veľmi milý, dá sa povedať, že profesionálny. Personál v reštaurácii bol ešte lepší. Mali sme 4 izby a všetky boli dobré. Tým, že to je nižší hotel, nemuseli sme stále čakať na výťah, ale dali sa využiť aj schody. Pohodlie, minibar, TV, postele, kúpeľňa - všetko spĺňalo štandard. Oceňujeme blízkosť aquacentra. Parkovisko je za hotelom, asi postačujúce na počet hostí. Ak sa niekedy vrátime do Pardubíc, určite sa v tomto hoteli ubytujeme znova.

Cons:

V prvý deň sa nám začalo kaziť svetlo v kúpeľni. Vypínač reagoval zriedka. Personál, ktorému to bolo nahlásené, neponúkol alternatívu ubytovania, aj keď hotel bol poloprázdny. Elektrikár taktiež nebol možný, lebo bol víkend a podľa slov personálu, nebolo možné ho zastihnúť. Tak sme si jeden večer, noc museli svietiť mobilom. Nič hrozné, ale pokazilo to dojem. Na opätovné nahlásenie, iný personál už ponúkol náhradnú izbu, no zdalo sa nám už zbytočné sťahovať sa, keď sme boli vybalení.
Na raňajky nám chýbali, hlavne deťom, lievance, palacinky, prípadne krupica. Ešte jedna "drobnosť" nás trochu zaskočila. Našli sme po predchádzajúcich hosťoch, neviem po ktorých :), fľašu pod posteľou.
