Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, beim Frühstück wurde auch ein bisschen an Menschen die kein Fleisch essen oder Unverträglichkeiten haben gedacht (glutenfrei), das Zimmer war super nett, die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft!! Es gibt wunderschöne flache Spazierwege und wenn man will, kann man auch so richtig wandern.

Cons:

Wir sind immer nach Werfenweng gefahren, weil es dort ein geniales Ortstaxi, E-Bikes oder auch normale Fahrräder zum Ausborgen gegeben hat, was für Menschen ohne Auto einfach genial war!! Das gibt es alles nicht mehr, was sehr, sehr schade ist. Wir hoffen SEHR, dass sich das wieder ändert!!

Perfektes Hotel in einer phänomenalen Landschaft

Perfekte und ruhige Lage. Frühstück hervorragend. Personal sehr zuverlässig und zuvorkommend.
Eingebettet in einer schönen Landschaft.

Cons:

Kleiner Abstrich: Im Hotel sind, was sehr schön ist, Hunde erlaubt. Allerdings sollten die Zimmer, im Hinblick auf Personen mit Allergien auf Hundehaare, besser gereinigt werden. Selbst dies ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Wir haben uns im Gesamten sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen!

Ganz tolles, freundliches, sehr aufmerksames und kompetentes Personal

Sehr viele Kinder - kein Problem
Viele Kleinkinder - manchmal sehr laut - man könnte andenken eigene ruhige Etagen für Gäste ohne Kinder zu reservieren
Buffet in diesem kleinen, dunklen Raum für Frühstück OK, aber abends nicht dem Haus entsprechend - war bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt mit Service bei Hauptgang bedeutend besser - auch in der Qualität.
Verständlich , dass man Personalkosten einsparen muss - aber - spart man nicht auch, ween man genau weiß wieviel
