Sehr sehr schön und angenehm bis auf den Ärger mit der E Ladesäule!

Die Suite war sehr gut

Cons:

Die E Ladesäulen wurden von 4 Fahrzeugen die gesamte Zeit blockiert!
Trotz Reklamation am Empfang wurde nichts unternommen ☹️
Am Tag der Abreise musste ich dann extern und somit natürlich auch wesentlich teurer mein Fahrzeug aufladen!

Es hat uns gut gefallen!
Pros:

Das Gemeinschaftsgelände ist ansprechend und modern gestaltet. Am Pool gab es immer freie Liegen. Das Buffet morgens und abends war hochwertig und lecker, für jeden etwas dabei.
Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten gut abschalten.

Cons:

Ca. 8 EUR für 0,75L Vösslauer beim Abendessen zu verlangen, war schon bodenlos. In vielen Wellness-Hotels bekommt man stilles Wasser umsonst.

Austrian Alps Escspe
Pros:

The location is stunning, set up in the Austrian Alps with amazing views. The hotel has a lovely relaxed vibe, with a beautiful spa, restaurants, swimming pool and outdoor areas.
We had a junior suite which was very well appointed, with robes and large towels for the pool. It had a sitting area and a lovely balcony.
The breakfast was really good each morning, with lots of options, including an omelette station.

Tolles Hotel - eine Reise wert!!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Man hat von allen Zimmern Blick in die wunderschöne Bergwelt. In der Poollanschaft konnten wir uns nach einem heißen Tag am Motorrad so richtig gut abkühlen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten komfortabel. Das Essen, es wurde am Abend gegrillt, sehr variantenreich. Auch am Frühstücksbuffet fehlte es an nichts. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alles in allem, ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder ins Bergresort nach Werfenweng. Die Lage ist einfach ein Traum und für zahlreiche Ausflüge und Freizeitaktivitäten perfekt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein wichtiger Punkt ist für uns auch, dass wir unsere Hunde problemlos mitnehmen können.

Cons:

Da wir eben seit vielen Jahren immer wieder hierher kommen, fallen uns auch einige Veränderungen auf. Vor allem seit das Hotel zur Aja Gruppe gehört, ist alles etwas unpersönlicher geworden.
Vor einiger Zeit sind wir noch mit einem Willkommengetränk begrüßt worden, wir konnten quasi gleich auf der Sonnenterrasse mit einem Sekt auf unseren bevorstehenden Urlaub hier anstoßen. Das gibt es jetzt nicht mehr.
Da ich wirklich schon sehr oft hier zu Gast war, gab es auch immer eine kleine persönliche Begrüßung auf dem Zimmer... ein kurzer Willkommensbrief, ein kleines Geschenk (einmal ein Buch, ein Kaffeehäferl o.Ä.). Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten, die aber oft den großen Unterschied machen. Unser Aufenthalt im Travel Charme Werfenweng fühlte sich so auch immer wie ein bisschen nach Hause kommen an.
Auf dem Frühstückstisch lag jeden Tag die hoteleigene Morgenpost, in der man über z.B. das Wetter oder sportliche Aktivitäten sowie diverse Ausflüge und Wanderungen, an denen man an diesem Tag teilnehmen konnte, informiert wurde.
Anmerken möchte ich noch, dass die Zimmer mittlerweile einen etwas abgewohnten Eindruck machen. So löst sich z.B. der Kunstlederrand der Betten ab, was nicht sehr hübsch aussieht.

Phänomenale Lage. Leider hatten wir schlechtes Wetter, aber es war trotzdem sehr schön. Frühstück und Personal sind großartig. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem im Zimmer und es wurde sofort darauf reagiert von Haustechnik und Rezeption. Hervorragend!

Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis könnte besser sein.
