Sehr gutes Personal, toller Service
Nichts
Absolutely surprised with Hotel Walserberg. I felt very welcome in their wonderful hotel. From melty cheese on arrival after skiing to the silver service dining each night - brilliant.
Alles
near gondola, delicious food, spacious rooms
the table lamps and floor lamp in the room are not safely placed and installed. the stand of lamp is a tripod that can easily fall down from table. the lamp cover is big and heavy one but it is not fixed on the tripod. one of the lamp cover in my room fallen down and broken the lamp bulb. i was charged for 300euro for the bulb and after negotiation i finally paid 100euro for the bulb.
Very comfortable rooms, exceptional breakfast and very pleasant and attentive staff.
The hotel is excellent. Very helpful staff, you can purchase a ski pass at the hotel, the ski lift is a short walk just across the road. The breakfast is excellent. Exceeded all expectations. Dinner is good. Comfortable rooms, the health center includes a wet and dry sauna and a comfortable relaxation space facing the view.
Everything was good. Just two comments - it was disappointing to find out that you are charged for a jug of tap water at dinner. Wine prices are a bit high.
The staff were very kind and willing to help. We needed some medicines and they called the pharmacy to bring them at the hotel, saving us a 2h trip. They tried to accommodate all our extra-requests. Very equipped wellness and fitness area. Delicious breakfast and dinner!
The hotel has just a parking space outside in front and it’s not very big
The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. Check-in went smoothly and we were offered a nice beverage upon arrival. The room is spacious and very clean with many of the necessary amenities. The view from the room is spectacular and the area around the hotel very quiet. The breakfasts offered many different options, and the dinners were truly exquisite, prepared nightly by the owner's son, a junior chef...all at an affordable price. The hotel offers a beautiful wellness center and stunning views of the mountains while relaxing after a trip to the sauna or steam room. Be prepared though as it's their custom to elect not to wear towels or bathrobes in that part of the wellness area. Check-out went smoothly as well, and they even gave us a parting gift...very nice gesture. As for any downside, there is no coffee preparation area and no personal refrigerator in the room. Lastly, the Warth area is really for skiers and although we don't ski, we booked the hotel anyways. We had a great time relaxing, walking/hiking trails, snow sledding, and taking in all the beauty that is Austria. Note: ski lessons are available, but we decided to stay grounded...lol. Thank you again to the entire staff and for making our trip memorable! Signed, your 2 English-speaking friends from the United States!
