Különleges álomkastély az Osztrák Alpokban! Visszatérünk!
Pros:

Nagyon különleges, mesébe illő helyszín. Igazi, hamisítatlan de ugyanakkor modern igényeknek is megfelelő (lásd: fűtött kültéri medence), teljes kényelmet nyújtó, hangulatos kastélyszálló. (Emiatt érthetetlen számomra egyes korábbi, pl. amerikai vendégek véleményében kifejtett elégedetlenség, akiknek szinte semmi sem tetszett. Bár lehet, hogy nekik egy 5+ csillagos modern szálloda sem felelne meg...) A kastélyszállóban minden szoba és azok berendezése is egyedi. Ajánlom az 5-ös "Junior lakosztályt", mert tágas, kényelmes, kellemes tájolású, és az erkélyen kívül egy hatalmas saját terasszal is rendelkezik. Bár a kastély területén rengeteg parkolási lehetőség van, ugyanakkor az egyre forróbb és változékony időjárás miatt, az autóval utazóknak érdemes kihasználni a nagyméretű hűvös teremgarázst. A szálloda recepciója, és teljes személyzete rendkívül segítőkész és kedves, de külön ki kell emelnem az étteremben dolgozó Csilla nevű hölgy nagyszerű munkáját. A félpanziós ellátás bőséges és kiváló minőségű, és minimális felár ellenében van lehetőség a napi vacsoramenüben szereplő főétel módosításra is. A szálloda a nyaralásunk legemlékezetesebb fénypontja volt.

Cons:

A vélhetően alacsony konyhai kapacitás miatt, az étkezések időtartama hosszúrra nyúlhat, különösen nagyobb vendégszámú rendezvény idején.

Hot, stuffy, dark and shabby, a great disappointment

Cons:

Terribly dark, hot, stuffy and run-down, no air conditioning and poor ventilation, noisy, housekeeping very sketchy (sometimes don’t clean the rooms at all, no fresh towels, etc) and the food is limited and dubious… the staff is very friendly and kind, but it’s really more of a self-serve guest house that is shabby and badly managed. Avoid at all costs !

Wunderbar
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Besonders offene Atmosphäre. Man kann sich viele Bereiche des Hotels anschauen, wie die Kapelle und der Schlossrundgang. Das Personal zeigt auf Wunsch auch den Hexenkeller und kann sehr kompetent historische Ereignisse erklären und zur Geschichte des Hotels und der Stadt Mittersill ausführen.
Das Pool hat eine hervorragende Aussicht und das Essen (sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen) waren wunderbar.

Es war alles hervorragend.
