Pros:

LOVED this hotel! The surroundings and the building itself are beautiful. The staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond. The spa facilities are very peaceful and the hotel feels very exclusive.

Cons:

This hotel was honestly near perfect, if I was being picky, there is no aircon or fans in the room so it got very hot. The pillows are also extremely flat and soft too so it was not the most comfortable sleep.

Unique castle in the Austrian alps for a hideaway
Pros:

Both breakfast and dinner was plentiful, interesting and good quality (definitely gained a 1-2 kilos here haha), the room was large and comfy, the history of the castle is super intriguing, and you definitely feel it when staying there, the staff was very kind and helpful, really we had an excellent stay on our mini-moon here. We also enjoyed the spa which is very nice and clean.

Cons:

No aircon in the room - normally should not be an issue, but we were in the middle of a heatwave. In general service outside the dining periods is a bit tricky (e.g. room service has a €25 surcharge.., there is no service at the spa, etc.)

Wunderschönes Hotel, wunderbares Personal,jeder sollte diese Hotel mindestens einmal im Leben besuchen.

Magical place you will love
Pros:

The Castel and its surrondings are breathtaking. Pool area is outstanding and the breakfast is super. The staff is wonderful.

Cons:

There is nothing that i found not ok.

Cons:

Keine Klimatisierung in den Zimmern. Es war zu warm, auch die Decken zu dick für die Jahreszeit.

Tolles historisches Flair - perfekt für Liebhaber von Natur und alter, gepflegter schöner Dinge!
Pros:

Historisches Schlossambiente, sehr gut erhalten bzw. resnoviert. Alte Möbel etc. passen super ins Schloss. Frühstücken auf der Terasse mit Bergblick war ein Highlight! Man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie ein Burgfräulein ;-)

Cons:

Außenpool war für den Sommer etwas zu warm.

Das Schloss liegt wunderschön auf einem Berg oberhalb von Mittersill, wodurch ich vom Zimmer eine fantastische Aussicht über das Tal hatte. Das Personal in allen Bereichen war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war spitze, teilweise vom Buffet, Eierspeisen und einige Süßspeisen konnte man beim Personal bestellen und wurden serviert. Das Abendessen (ich hatte HP) war auch köstlich und man konnte je Gang zwischen zwei Varianten auswählen was dann serviert wurde. Das Zimmer war groß, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gab einen tollen Wellnessbereich mit schönem Außenpool und Liegewiese - mit einer fantastischen Aussicht über das Tal und auf die Berge. Sehr nett war auch dass das Hotel mich vom Bahnhof abgeholt und bei der Abreise auch wieder zum Bahnhof gebracht hat. Vielen Dank dafür und für diese tolle Zeit!

Cons:

Es war perfekt, ich komme bestimmt wieder.
