Pros:

Sehr liebevoll. geschmackvoll bis ins Detail restauriert.

Bel hotel et magnifique vue, cependant le confort dépend beaucoup des chambres.

Bel hotel dans un ancien chateau, restauré avec goût

Cons:

Contrairement à notre ancien séjour, la suite que nous avions louée était relativementétroite, il était nécessaire de passer par la seconde chambre pour accéder à la salle debain. Celle ci n‘était séparée de l‘espace couchage que par une porte coulissante en verre fumé, très difficile donc d‘utiliser les toilettes en toute intimité…manque de confort évident, donc, à quatre personnes.

Great stay for the family.
Pros:

The views were icredible, the SPA was big with beatiful outdoor pool (quit big, open also in winter with the entrance inside) and different kinds of sauna. The restaurant was excelent with the very attantive staff and great food. There was a lot of space for relaxation and socializing. And there was especially very kind and cheerful lady in the breakfest during week days:) During weekend there was much more people in the hotel. But there was also additional staff, so there was no problem with waiting in the restaurant. All staff speaks English very well. Some of them even understand Polish! For skiing it is good location with glacier not so far away. And for those prefering the walks, there are also a lot of tourist trails near hotel. The apartment was bigger than in the photos and had beautiful views and bid bathroom with bathtube and shower, so we were given upgraded one.

Cons:

The only thing was that one of saunas was unavailable, but only for one day and, even without asking, the problem was very quickly resolved.

Pros:

Очень красивое место! Каждый угол в замке обустроен со вкусом. Внимательный персонал, красивые просторные номера. Хочется отметить повара, который готовит мясо (мы пробовали баранину и говядину) – просто восторг! Хороший уютный спа, много саун и теплый бассейн на улице. Отель супер! Обязательно приедем еще и рекомендуем к посещению! Спасибо команде!

Cons:

Завтрак хотелось бы чуть разнообразить, в целом всего достаточно, все вкусно, но немного банально.

Помимо резиновых тапок для спа, не хватило обычных шлепанцев в номерах. Зимой хочется потеплее :)

Sehr schön und entspannend.
Pros:

Alles, die Lage war wunderschön, das Zimmer ebenfalls sehr schön, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr schöner Spa-Bereich, Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich.

Perfekte Urlaubsort mit Entspannungsgarantie!!

Wir sind total begeistert.
Wir sind durch Lisa herzlichst empfangen worden.
Das Zimmer liebevoll reingerichtet. Mit einem tollen Panorama Blick vom Tal bis hoch zu den Bergen.
Frühstück, wir wurden jeden Morgen mit einem lächeln von der Bedienung begrüßt. So startet ein Tag immer toll. Alles was man für ein perfektes Frühstück benötigt war da. Eierspeisen wurden nach individuellen Wunsch frisch zubereitet.
Das Abendessen ein Traum.
Das Personal immer freundlich, höflich und zu vorkommend.
Der Spa Bereich gemütlich. Die professionale Massage von Mercedes ist nur zu empfehlen.
Wir bedanken uns bei dem gesamten Team für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt.
