Cons:

1°O telefone não funcionava quando precisei de ligar à noite. Os candeeiros da parede junto à cama foi difícil descobrir como ligavam. E como o telefone não funcionava (tinha-me certificado do número na receção para ligar) estive apenas com uma única luz do quarto, a do teto, que para a ligar teria que me levantar da cama.
2° deixei o equipamento de carregar o telemóvel no quarto. O hotel ficou de me o enviar. Para meu espanto veio à cobrança, cujo valor a pagar era praticamente o mesmo de um carregador novo e da marca. Não o recebi. Fiquei indignada! Enviaram em encomenda registada com aviso de recepção. Para quê? Porque era eu a pagar. Enviei um email ao hotel a expressar o meu descontentamento e que considerassem o equipamento como uma oferta minha.

תמורה הולמת למחיר, נקיון כללי וריח כביסה נעים בחדר, צוות קבלה חייכן ואדיב שולט מצויין באנגלית, מיטה רחבה ומזרון נוח במיוחד. משופץ ברמה טובה מבחינת מתקני החדר. שעות קבלה ועזיבה נוחות.

נסיעה של כ 20 דקות מהכביש הראשי, בכביש צר ומפותל עד למלון
2 קומות אבל אין מעלית

Best night on my trip, perfect hotel and nice little town.
Pros:

Clean, modern amenities and well maintained rooms and facility. Multi-head shower, bidet, great beds, pillows and blankets and balcony. It looks a little old from the outside but the hotel is in a small town on a beautiful mountain. Staff was very helpful and check in was easy and parking plentiful and free. Best stay on my whole trip

Cons:

Nothing to change, my stay was perfect.
