Bonito y grato hotel y sugiero mejora el vacío de los desayunos y del truido del bar

Estupenda ubicación en el centro de Guanajuato, donde está la actividad diurna y nocturna y como está cerca de todo, siempre tienes a mano el hotel. La atención al llegar a la pieza, es una carta escrita y firmada por los que ahí trabajan, lo que muestra la preocupación y cuidado del huésped. Cada día había una pequeña sorpresa de regalo, y en general siempre fue muy amable el personal, bien dispuesto a resolver tus problemas, el hotel es grato, bonito y responde a lo que es, un estupendo hotel boutique. Quiero sugerir, el controlar más el ruido del bar, ya que personalmente para mi éste fue muy desagradable, ya que a pesar de estar en una habitación interior, se escuchaba fuertísima la música. Solo logré dormime cuando este cerró. Lo otro es que yo pagué 2 desayunos para 2 días en Booking y el hotel no tiene servicio de desayuno, eso no puede ocurrir, de hecho booking me cobró 250 pesos por ello y en el hotel no me dieron respuesta, salvo que no daban este servicio. No puede aparecer eso en la página, sugiero no ofrecer algo que es imposible entregar

Nice but not exceptional - esp for the money i spent
Cons:

This was the most expensive hotel room I’ve ever had in Mexico and I expected more. It was not nice but not worth over $300 usd in my opinion. I would not stay there again

Highly recommend this place, an amazing stay
Pros:

The location is perfect—just a short walk to downtown, which made it super convenient for exploring the city. One of my favorite parts was the rooftop bar. At night, we enjoyed amazing views of the city lights and could even see some of the main landmarks—it was truly beautiful

it was a great stay although we just spend 1 night in this hotel. Will stay in this hotel again.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient to all the attraction area by just walking distance.

Cons:

The air circulation in the bathroom is no good because there is no exhaust fan.

Una muy buena opción sobre todo si piensas pasear por el centro histórico.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, caminas a donde quieras en el centro de Guanajuato y tienes rápido la opción de regresar al hotel a descansar o dejar ahi tus compras.

Cons:

Todo estuvo excelente, incluyendo la amabilidad y el trato del personal.

Staying at this hotel was memorable and made our stay in Guanajuato so much more enjoyable.
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was wonderful to be right on the main plaza and we could easily walk to areas we wanted to see. It can be noisy at night with lots of activity and music but was fairly quiet after 11pm. On the weekends I would suggest asking for an inside room to avoid too much noise. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed talking with Rey.

Cons:

The breakfast is adequate, however, the rooftop location offered a wonderful view of the city in the morning light.
