Cool location along the river, very clean hotel and awesome having a (good) restaurant adjacent to it. We will stay here again.

The cost of parking near the hotel is high. The hotel is not centrally located, it is not clear why there is a cost for parking.
Great accessibility to downtown! Very convenient if you have children. Staff was so kind! Rooms are spacious and clean.

The location was great.
The room was great. The bathroom set up wasn't good. You could hear through the walls my neighbor. Next door keep me up all night hollering at his kids. And something in the hallway keeps ringing about every hour. So I think I need a free night stay or my money back.
Location was excellent for being downtown and on the river. We really liked that it was connected to Scottie's restaurant. Our dinner and service there was excellent!
The temperature of the shower was directly related to the amount of water pressure. The ONLY way to not have a scalding hot shower was to barely turn on the shower. I would not have wanted to stay more than one day because of that.
Breakfast very basic, poor, not much , you better to go early because they shut down 15 minutes before the scheduled time
they do not offer room service, we had to use same towel during the entire stay

Our sofa bed was dirty. The iron leaked rusty water onto my son’s shirt for a wedding and he almost didn’t get to wear it. We didn’t bring extra clothes in case the iron was going to ruin out clothes

The front desk could not get the check in right my family and I were in our room with my 1 year old baby. We had been in our room for about 2-3 hours and we had other guests scan their card and walk into our room. I then checked my room key to find that it had been deactivated, not only did my family not feel safe at this point but the thought of if we were not there someone would have had free access to all our belongings. When I approached the front desk to figure out what was going on they acted confused about the whole situation and acted as if we had never been checked in to a room, mind you I was holding two room keys with the number 409 on them as well as it was the same woman who checked me in 2-3 hours before. She scrambled through the computer a bit a found my name and said that we were assigned to a different room I explained we had been here for multiple hours at this point and all of our belongings were in the room. She looked annoyed but activated new cards for us and then said I had to swipe my card again for damages I obliged and swiped my card for the second time so we could have a card on file for damages. All was good, we left the hotel to get some diner when we arrived back to the hotel it was a different woman at the desk my wife and I grabbed a drink from the area by the front desk and the woman asked do you want to pay or charge it to the room I said you can charge it to the room, it then took her almost 5 minutes to find the room and my name. I didn’t think anything about it and we went up to our room and went to bed the next morning at check out I handed the guy my cards to check out and again he could not find my name or room number, he asked for my license and my card again to put on file for damages I did not agree and asked him why my card was being put on file again for the third time to which he replied with it doesn’t get charged it’s a temporary hold of $20. I Their is no reason my card should be swiped 3 times for the same thing.
