It was overall a nice visit! Had issues, but the staff did OK trying to fix them.

The Staff was not the best. Acted like they did not know what they were doing. But they did come through after I voiced my concerns about the room they gave us and they moved us to a new room which I appreciated.

Pros:

Everything. But the staff was exceptional… in all the hotels I have ever stayed. This is by far the best hotel (due to the staff) I have ever stayed

Aluguei esse hotel pelos comentários positivos, pois a maioria dos comentários falavam da vista que os quartos tinham para o rio, o meu a vista era para o estacionamento 😂, esse foi um critério decisivo na minha compra e quando cheguei lá me decepcionei. Tentamos mudar e fazer um pagamento adicional, porém, não tinha vaga. Passei 02 diárias la, de sábado para domingo e domingo para segunda, e meu quarto não teve nenhuma vista de camareira, achei muito estranho e não gostei desse ponto. A localização é ate legal, porém, me arrependi de não ter pego um hotel no centro mesmo e alem disso, depois que paguei o hotel eu recebi um email falando sobre o estacionamento 🫩 18$ por dia para colocar o carro, sinceramente nunca vi pagar por fora estacionamento de hotel. A saída do hotel estava marcada para 12pm e de 11:40pm a camareira já estava batendo na porta para entrar no quarto e arrumar para outro hospede, achei isso bem desnecessário e deselegante, pois independente do horário, eles precisam aguardar os hospedes sairem para eles entrarem.
No anúncio falava de piscina aquecida, e quando chegamos no hotel a recepcionista disse que a piscina naquele era aquecida, ela era interna com temperatura ambiente. 🙃 Boa sorte 👍

We had a nice time and the place was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The elevators were messed up the entire weekend. Took too long to get up and down.

We have a good visit. Wish the balcony option wasn’t so expensive.

Location was great. The room was large for my family.

Cons:

The pool was a huge disappointment for me and my adult son. We looked forward to it. I’m not thrilled that housekeeping only comes every other day because 2 adults and 3 children use way more towels and trash cans were very very small.

Cons:

There was no complementary coffee station available at night. I love coming down around 11:00pm after I’ve returned from a night out to a stocked coffee station with plenty of flavored creamers to choose from and good hot coffee.
