La verdad....la recepción...

Cons:

En la cuarta planta hacía un calor infernal....aunque ellos ponen ventilador da igual....eramos 3 personas.....imposible que nos diera a todos el aire
Luego el lavabo olía fatal....pero fatal fatal.

Andorra, the good stay
Pros:

The hotel just at the entrance of the city / country and next to the big mall... Next to gas station too.

Cons:

AC is not operational!!! Although temperature was above 30 when we arrived. Good to have the AC flr the hot time not only relying in opening the window.. could be this is the way they live here .. just respect all.

Poor customer service, rude, unprofessional and unhelpful staff
The room was unbearably hot, no air circulation, no privacy net curtain (hotel opposite could see straight into our room)
Receptionist was very rude, slow, everything was an effort and made us feel we were an inconvenience
Definitely not a 3 star hotel, no fridge, no hot drink making facilities, no cold drinks on offer or anywhere to store them
Breakfast served with bad grace and one staff member shouted at me because I didn’t understand what she was saying

Fanns ingen ac. Ventilationen var enbart värme styrd. För att få cirkulation på luften så behövde man slåmpå värmen vilken man inte vill på sommaren

El hotel está super bien ubicado nada más entrar en Andorra y bajo tienes un super y un bar muy socorrido todo

Cons:

Hemos estado en julio y pillamos una ola de calor en las habitaciones no hay aire acondicionado lo pasamos fatal por las noches la limpieza regular porque debajo las camas había pelusa y en general el hotel es muy viejo barato si pero preferiría haber pagado un poco más la verdad y que hubiera estado mejor ,ahora sí vas en invierno perfecto ya que calefacción si que tiene

El desayuno, y no porque no haya variedad que la hay en la justa medida, sino por la forma del “semi buffet”, un señor bastante mal educado camarero que parece que te tira las cosas en vez de servirte… no me gustó nada, no me sentí nada cómoda porque tienes que pedirlo todo, los alimentos están en expuestos como ahí detrás de un cristal… En fin no me gustó.
