Khum Phucome Hotel Chiang Mai

We were more than happy with the attention. The facilities and all, we would definitely come back if we are on Thailand.
The only thing we missed was a little something as this is our honeymoon and in other hotels they have decorate the room for us.

Great place. Exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly. If I can add i will say the breakfast needs work as there was not much option and was not as tasty as I will like

Half way down the corridor you can still hear the elevator bleeping at every stop all night. Was tired and laid round the pool and every ten minutes they is a plane very loud and low to the pool, so could not relax. Pool is freezing and for a big hotel only has 4 sunbeds. Pool bar was not open. Restaurant was empty with limited food on menu. It states it is close to things, it isn’t, everything is a taxi ride away, it is on a highway that’s very noisy, nowhere near the landmarks they mention. We wanted a drink from room service and food but the telephone lines are all unplugged and when went to reception the fridges is chained up and told us they is a 7/11 15 mins away. It’s not worth the hassle they was cheaper better hotels closer to the location. Only food thing hotel has is a coffee shop which you need from lack of sleep from the noise.

Ein preiswertes Hotel, welches sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen ist. Definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel!
Das Personal ist nicht sehr freundlich, dies haben wir in anderen Hotels in Thailand ganz anders erlebt. Zum größten Teil findet man hier Chinesische Touristen. Einen Safe werden Sie in den Zimmer vermissen und bis in die Stadt braucht man ein wenig. Den Fluglärm hört man den ganzen Tag und Nacht. Des Weiteren riecht man die Holzwände und alten Holzmöbel stark im Zimmer. Wir würden das Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen.

My room was ok. They were only one outlet available for use, the other two outelet outlets occupied by fridge and air purifier. So I need to ask for extra cable outlet for use. wifi was really weak. Overall I would give 7 out of 10.

This is an older hotel, in pretty decent condition, but not modern. The breakfast choice was below average, and was the same menu every day, and uninteresting. Staff were generally pleasant, but seemed unengaged in their job.

The room was in good condition, and the mattress was adequate, but not of high quality.

Any hotel in this area will have high airplane noise, as this area is under the nearby airport take off and landing zone. Lots of airplane noise all day, but less late at night.

The gym facilities were small and below average quality, and not really a serious choice for a serious gym person.

Every thing is really ok

The hotel looks old and a bit drab on arrival. But my room was renovated, fresh and lovely. And very clean. The staff were really helpful.

Good clean hotel , a bit older but well cared for . Pool was nice , treadmill no good for a proper runner . Room spacious and comfortable . Quiet at night . Good breakfast buffet . Staff were fine . Overall really good place . Located out of the old town but well placed near mountains and plenty of places to eat not far at all .

Few staff speak or understand English. Reception counter staff are very helpful. Room facilities are basic but room is well maintained.

The hotel was not new, but cozy. I had a lot of supports from the staff members. They were always modest and quickly dealt with my requests. I had a wonderful time staying there.

Cupboard looks dated, but all other in the room are new. Comfy bedding, have good sleep. Lobby a bit quiet. Staff are all very helpful.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The salt water pool is lovely. There is an exercise room, but only one of the treadmills was working. Otherwise, the exercise room is a nice space. The room was very reasonably priced and quiet.

Excellent stay all around. Would highly recommend. Negative comments lack of receptacle in bathroom & vanity counter also no microwave in room

The staff members are nice and accommodating. The hotel went above and beyond to meet our needs. The room was spacious and clean. We plan to stay here again next time.
