Everything.

Cons:

The check-in process was quite slow and resulted in a queue at reception. Reservations made through Booking.com did not seem to be immediately visible or known to the reception staff, although everything was eventually sorted out without any issues.

It also appeared that the check-in process requires quite a lot of manual data entry by the staff. For a hotel of this size, a more efficient or automated system would significantly improve the arrival experience and reduce waiting times.

Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir waren 2 Nächte dort. Bis spät in die Nacht war im Festsaal sehr laute Musik. Schlafen war kaum möglich.
Sonntagsfrühstück mit Brot vom Vortag und auch sonst sehr wenig Brotauswahl. Vegetarier kommen dort zu kurz, Kaffee schmeckte nicht.

Lage des Hotels im Zentrum von Doboj

Cons:

Zimmer war leider mit Zigaretten Geruch, dann haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. War dann besser .

Matig hotel, verouderd, rookgeur

Cons:

Er hing een sterke rookgeur in de kamer en gangen en er was een luidruchtig feest dat tot diep in de nacht doorging. We hadden geboekt voor 4 personen. Er waren maar twee bedden beschikbaar in de kamer.

Pobyt był udany, lokalizacja w centrum miasta.
Pros:

Śniadanie było dobre ale wybór był stosunkowo skromny. Ten hotel oddaje typowy bałkański klimat więc jeśli ktoś tego szuka to dobrze trafił i będzie zadowolony z pobytu. Duża łazienka będzie dodatkowym plusem.

Cons:

Hotel wymaga odnowienia,, a w pokojach przydałoby się lepsze oświetlenie. Drugie łózko nie było tak wygodne jak łózko w sypialni ale na jedną lub dwie noce spełni swoją rolę.
