Cons:

Для пяти звезд очень плохое обслуживание. В номере с заявленными двумя жильцами был лишь один набор полотенец и халата. Отсутствовали наборы для чистки зубов при заселении. Вода в номере очень невкусная и ее мало. Завтрак скудный, очень плохая кофемашина. Спа очень посредственное, раздевалки старые и неудобные, полотенца и халаты явно требуют замены. Почти не было уборок в номере.

Cons:

Smjestaj je u katastrofa stanju. Dosli smo u hotel i kada smo sisli na recepciju da se obratimo mozda za drugu sobu isto je stanje bilo. Naravno nisu se puno zabrinuli samo su otkazali rezervaciju.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel and very nice, spacious room. Amazing bathroom. Clarins products were a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent too.

Cons:

It was very hot in the room due to central heating and the airconditioning in the entire building did not work. It was ok with opening windows but a bit noisy.

Pros:

Hotel have very good energy, staff at the rooftop restaurant are amazing and very kind. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good. Value for money is really ok

Cons:

I didn’t like behaviour of few staff members and that’s red flag for 5 star hotel. They was rude and had very bad energy towards me and my family. We was positive and respectful and tried to reply them in fun way but still they maintained angry. I believe this hotel would be much better place if only staff was properly trained and learned how to put smile on their face no meter what. I have to mention that 80 % was good and very kind. Like guys at valet parking and rooftop restaurant. But 2 guys and one lady was the reason of such a review

Great hotel
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was great. The entire property is well maintained and kept very clean. Staff are all friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Parking is very expensive if you have a rental car. As a tourist there is no way to make use of on street parking since you need a local number to pay the parking by SMS.

Lokacija je top, većina važnih lokacija dostupna je pješice ili kratkom vožnjom. Osoblje vrlo ljubazno i profesionalno, baš se vidi da im je stalo do gostiju. Doručak odličan, svatko može pronaći nešto za sebe, a kvaliteta hrane je na vrlo visokom nivou.
