Please note that an airport shuttle pickup and drop off is available, and the cost of it is EUR 42 per ride from 6:00 to 2200, and for EUR 45 per ride from 22:00 until 6:00.

Please note that spa facilities will be closed from December 15, 2025, until December 26, 2025; only the gym will be available to hotel guests during this period.

It was a memorable 1 day stay, thanks to generosity of the Metropol staff. A big thank you!
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and gave us an upgrade from a usual family room to a large suite on two levels - ten times the price that we actually paid. They also allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier than stated on the website. That was very helpful to us as it was 35C outside, and the children had a chance to swim at the pool rather than sit in the lobby for 3 hours.

Parkplätze waren kostenlos und der Wagen wurde vom Personal parkiert fand ich toll. Zimmer waren gross und das Frühstück war auch gut.

Simply the best!
Pros:

This hotel is an example of how all hotels should be run and of what they should offer. I would like to begin with the exemplary behaviour and professionalism of the staff in all positions. The spa service is impeccable, the Twenty Two rooftop restaurant excellent. Breakfast is wonderful. It’s our 4th stay and the Metropol Palace has never disappointed us in the slightest. Belgrade with all its beauty and authentic colourful character is a big bonus.

Vsi zelo prijazni ,se posebej na recepciji,pomagali glede rezervacije v lokalu, nasploh zelo ustrežljivi

Mogoče bi malo več dali na čistočo tleh po hotelu,škoda da ima tak luksuzen hotel umazane tepihe in polite ploščice po hodnikih.

Очень хотелось бы , чтобы был запрет на курение в баре , бар - часть отеля,
Pros:

Размер номера, прекрасные кровати, удобства в номере

Cons:

Шкафы в номере пора заменить/ реставрировать. Не работала кофе машина, делала заявку/ никто не пришел... Напольное покрытие в коридоре требует либо замены, либо чистки

Pouca atenção detalhe
Pros:

Pequeno-almoço variado. O serviço era simpático e a localização boa, muito central na cidade.

Cons:

Muito má limpeza, parece-me que este hotel pode ter sido um óptimo hotel de 5 estrelas no passado mas que tenha passado por dificuldades na altura da quarentena e desde então descido a sua exigência o que mais me chocou foi a higiene geral do hotel, paredes sujas desde da recepção e por todo o hotel, sempre que pedi um chá acabou sempre por ir para trás por o bule ou chávena estarem sujas, pó em todas as prateleiras, até insetos mortos em candeeiros, madeiras pouco cuidadas por todo o hotel. No quarto, os vidros do duche não estavam limpos nem a sanita.
Houve outras questões; no entanto, o mais importante a referir é mesmo a falta de atenção ao detalhe e à limpeza.
Compreendo que é um hotel muito grande e requer muito investimento e boa gestão; no entanto, depois da minha estadia, não posso dizer que seja um hotel de 5 estrelas. Talvez volte a ser no futuro, espero que sim.
