Pros:

Great hotel - once again I am convinced that it is an excellent choice.
The rooms are clean and minimalist, and the location is very convenient. I especially enjoyed the restaurant on the top floor as well as the varied breakfasts.
I would also like to say a special thank you to the Guest Relations team for this visit. The attention and care they showed for our celebration are truly hard to overestimate.
All of my requests and preferences were taken into account, and I am very grateful for that. I will definitely come back again

A comfortable and well-located stay with a few minor inconveniences that were mostly resolved.
Pros:

The hotel is extremely well located, with food options available nearby even late at night. The room was very clean and spacious, and the Junior Suite offered great value at around $130 per night on a midweek deal. Regular rooms also seem like a good budget-friendly option.

I enjoyed the spa and gym facilities, noting that the gym is well equipped and offers sports sessions such as Pilates. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, quickly fixing issues and even providing a complimentary bottle of wine as a thoughtful gesture.

The breakfast was great, and the coffee machine was working well. Transportation from the airport was reasonably priced via rideshare. Overall, you feel confident that you will have a good stay for the rest of your nights at the hotel

Cons:

The shower flooring looked worn and stained despite appearing clean. The conditioner bottle was not working, and there was only one bathrobe provided for a reservation of two people in a suite.

Even on the 9th floor, traffic noise from the main road was noticeable, which may disturb light sleepers. The room felt too dark at night.

The spa facilities had some limitations: the pool had very few chairs and was mainly suited for lap swimming. The jacuzzi was small, had strong central jets that sprayed water in your face, and offered limited seating for only about four people.

Pilates and other sports sessions required an additional fee of 11 euros per session. The rideshare from the airport did not offer significant savings compared to a regular taxi.

Pros:

City hotel offering excellent service, clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. The spa center has everything needed for exercise and relaxation. The staff is friendly and helpful, welcoming guests warmly. Highly recommended.
