Pros:

The room is spacious, clean, and very affordable. They provide toiletries, coffee, and snacks daily, which is a nice touch. There’s a balcony where you can relax and watch the sunset, although the view is mostly of nearby buildings. The place also has an elevator, making it convenient for those with luggage. The female staff in the afternoon shift are incredibly helpful and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant.

Cons:

the male staff in the morning seemed a bit unapproachable. There’s no ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign to hang on the door, and on my second day, someone cleaned the room without my permission. I admit it was partly my fault for not informing them beforehand, but it still felt intrusive. When I tried to explain what happened to the younger female staff, she couldn’t understand me as she didn’t speak English, so I had to use Google Translate to communicate.

Pros:

There's a daily supply of soft flour cake, coffee and water. There's a microwave in our room. There's 7/11 just across the place and a self service laundry. There's also places to eat nearby.

Wouldn’t go back just because of lack cleanliness in the most important area - bathroom.

It was challenging to ask staff questions, even with google translate they did not understand me when I was asking if they can book a taxi for an early ride to airport. Luckily Bolt works from 5:50 am or even earlier.
Also the cleaning did not include any cleaning. When I arrived the whole bathroom floor was wet, full of dark hairs, no toilet paper, shower walls still with some soap leftovers from before. The room - full of dust on the shelves.
During the stay I don’t think they actually cleaned the shower area, they just sprayed some perfume and poured some water on the shower walls.

An excellent base for an extended business trip
Pros:

The location was quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants. A very nice neighbourhood with a 'village' feel to it.

Some outside space would have been nice - balcony or patio
