Pros:

We stayed for 10 days with family. Everything was nice. Good food, nice beach, helpful and friendly stuff, it's great that the hotel is fighting the "towel mafia" in the mornings. It’s a good place if you like a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle. Room was clean, good AC, cosmetics were refilled every day.

Cons:

There was only one thing I didn't like, smoking is allowed almost everywhere at the hotel grounds, and smoking is allowed during meals on the restaurant terrace. There are many families with small children stayed at the hotel, it was very uncomfortable when we wanted to sit outside with our child to have dinner and people were smoking at the next table. It would be nice to have a separate place for smokers.

Pros:

Der Pool mit direktem Zugang, der optisch sehr schön war, das Meer, das freundliche männliche Personal, die netten Kellner/innen im Essbereich sowie die Reinigungskraft, die immer freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Cons:

Die Dusche konnte man leider nicht richtig schließen, wodurch es fast zu einer Überschwemmung im Bad kam. Betten und Kissen waren sehr unbequem und führten zu Nacken und Rückenschmerzen.

Das Essen war eher mittelmäßig von der griechischen Küche war leider kaum etwas zu sehen. Und die Auswahl klein. Außerdem war es im Essbereich durch die auf 19 Grad eingestellte Klimaanlage oft unangenehm kalt, was das Essenserlebnis nicht gerade verbessert hat. Auch die Einrichtung wirkte insgesamt sehr kühl und ungemütlich etwas mehr Farbe oder Atmosphäre wäre schön gewesen.

Das männliche Personal war super freundlich, aber die Dame an der Rezeption (lange braune Haare, Lederjacke) wirkte leider sehr arrogant und unfreundlich. Wir wissen nicht, ob es vielleicht daran lag, dass wir drei Frauen waren, aber sie machte auch den Eindruck, als wolle sie uns gar nicht wirklich helfen. Zum Beispiel verlangte sie, dass wir Termine für Massagen, die das Hotel selbst anbietet, alleine organisieren sollten, obwohl das eigentlich ihre Aufgabe gewesen wäre. Das hat einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen.

Organisatorisch war manches etwas chaotisch: Als wir Wasser wollten, wurden wir mehrmals hin und her geschickt, weil anscheinend niemand zuständig war. Erst nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, wurde eine Lösung gefunden und wir haben endlich Wasser bekommen. Für ein All-Inclusive-Angebot war die Snack- und Getränkeauswahl außerdem recht klein.

Insgesamt ein eher „kaltes“ Hotel optisch wie auch vom Gefühl her.

Vermiester Urlaub in einem angeblich 5-Sterne-Hotel

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand ist gut

Cons:

Das Essen war lauwarm, hat fade geschmeckt, bestehend aus billiger Tiefkühlkost. Phantasie- und lieblos dargeboten, sehr häufige Wiederholungen, alle 2 - 3 Tage. Der Speisesaal hat den Charme einer mittelklassigen Firmenkantine. Die Stühle waren dreckig. Keine Tischdecken, nur Papierdeckchen. Das entspricht keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel!! Auf Beschwerde bei der Restaurantleiterin wollte diese versuchen, uns mit einer Flasche billigen Hauswein zu besänftigen. Aber solange das Publikum (Russen, Polen) sich die Teller vollschaufelt, wird sich nichts ändern!
Plastikbecher an der Poolbar tagsüber ist noch nachvollziehbar, aber abends???
Unser Urlaub wurde uns dadurch total vermiest!!!

It was just okay could have been a lot lot better.
Pros:

The bar and the barman was good and the beach was just there and friendly staff.

Cons:

The location is very bad outside town and far away from everything. I have to wait for a bus for a long time and the food was not five star and the hotel is also not really five star. We were three people in a room and my adult son had to sleep on a sofa bed not even on a real bed and that is not five star.

A hotelben töltött napok nagyszerűek voltak. A szoba kényelmes, nagyra értékeltem a Nespresso kávéfőző és kapszula bekészítését. Az all inclusive ellátás nagyon jó, változatos, finomak a koktélok. A szálloda dolgozói barátságosak, mosolygósak. Szerettünk itt lenni.

Pros:

Változatos ételek és italok, kedves kiszolgálás. A szobánk nagyon kényelmes és tágas volt. Nekem külön tetszett, hogy a várostól kicsit messzebb van, mert így nem volt nagy tömeg a parton.

Pros:

Todo perfecto, habitacion espaciosa, todo muy limpio. Buen servicio, recepcionista de tarde-noche muy amable, llegamos tarde y nos dejo cenar fuera de horas. Comida y bebida durante todo el dia.

Fekvés, crew, ágy , szoba mérete, felszereltség, strand rész fával burkolva, jó ágyak, pool bár OK.

Cons:

Étel kozepszerü, unalmas menük, semmiképp nem 5*, italok kozepszerü, eredeti narancslé nem volt, sör jó, bor jó, víz kloros. Fürdőszoba zuhanykabin oldalfali keskeny, ázik az egész fürdő.,. Hajszárító zúg .egy lift van 4 személyre 4 vagy 5 szintre, .. reggel, este durva.

Kreta ist eine schöne Insel und super um den Spätsommer noch zu genießen, das Hotel ist aber leider absolut nicht empfeh

Sehr gemütliches Bett.
Sehr saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Essen war leider unbeschreiblich schlecht. Alles Tiefkühlware und zwar keine Gute. Egal ob die kalten ausgetrockneten Souvlaki Spieße, die Bolognese Sauce oder das Fischfilet das in einer kalten Flüssigkeit schwimmt. Wirklich unappetitlich, wenn man von Mitteleuropa hierher kommt. Der Kaffee war auch unbeschreiblich schlecht und das Zorbas Bier aus dem All Inclusive Programm im Hartplastikbecher grauenhaft. Niemand versteh, wieso man nicht auf Mythos zurückgreift. Ganz ehrlich, uns hat das Personal Leid getan, die dieses Essen ausgeben und die ganzen halbvollen Teller wieder abservieren mussten, weil das niemand freiwillig zusammen isst.

Bitte liebes Mgmt: Spart euch dieses All Inclusive Programm und bietet das Hotel um 20 / Nacht billiger an - So etwas ist wirklich eine Frechheit und von 5 Sternen weit weg! Jedes 3 Sterne Hotel auf Kos oder Rhodos ist ihnen meilenweit voraus.
