Pros:

조식은 메뉴가 다양했고 신선한 재료들로 만들어져서 따뜻하게 잘 먹었습니다.
룸 컨디션도 훌륭했고 1박 이용 후 침대 정리와 타올 셋팅을 새로 해주셔서 깔끔하게 잘 이용했습니다.
국중박이 메인인 여행이었는데 날짜가 촉박해 서울안에 숙소가 마감된 곳이 많아 제일 교통편이 좋은 안양으로 선택한건데
주변에 맛집들도 많아서 즐거운 여행이었습니다.

Cons:

4명이라 함께 묵을 수는 없어서 2명씩 2개를 잡았는데 아무래도 너무 늦게 연락을 드린 탓이겠지만 같은 층에 머물지 못해 살짝 아쉬웠습니다만 뭐...이 부분은 이용자의 문제여서 아쉽다고 했지만 사실 호텔측의 문제는 아니였습니다.

시설이 노후되었고, 일회용품. 미지급에 대한 안내도 없었으며, 창가는 옆건물 복도랑 직접노출이 되어, 창문 열수없었고. 닫으면 암실이라 불편함.
