Cons:

시설이 노후되었고, 일회용품. 미지급에 대한 안내도 없었으며, 창가는 옆건물 복도랑 직접노출이 되어, 창문 열수없었고. 닫으면 암실이라 불편함.

5만원 짜리 모텔 구조.

Perfectly fine for a business trip in Anyang
Pros:

Urban Boutique Hotel is perfectly fine for a business trip to Anyang. The breakfast, which I paid separate for, has several options of food and drinks and is reasonably priced.

Cons:

This is my third time at Urban Boutique Hotel.
- I was confused about the check in/check out machine, which I was told to use. When checking in, I used the machine and had to go back to a hotel associate to settle the breakfast. When checking out, I used the machine and had to go back to a hotel associate for an invoice. Perhaps the machine helps at busy times, otherwise I don't see the point.
- For some reason, I was unable to adjust the air conditioning this time. When I set the temperature to 20C, the HVAC would blast hot air, and when I set the temperature to 19C, it would bring the room temperature down to 16C and I was forced to turn it off. A trip to the front desk didn't help. Maybe I got lost in translation here.
- A small detail, but the current room phone has a display that is too bright for my liking at night. The brightness was already adjusted to the minimum.

실망스러운 하룻 밤
Pros:

들어가자마자 담배 냄새가 많이났습니다. 또 침대에는 긴 머리카락이 두 가닥 있더군요. 제가 알아서 환기하고 청소해야 했어요. 게다가 도로변이라 정말 시끄럽습니다. 차는 녹차 2티백 밖에 없어요. 2층에 커피 라운지가 있다고는 하는데, 아침에 이용하러 갔다가 조식 먹는 사람만 마실 수 있다고 얘기 들었습니다. 그러면은 기본적으로 커피 티백도 룸에 비치해야 되는 것이 아닌가요? 그래도 삼성급 호텔이라고 하는데 서비스가 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 다시는 이용 안 할 것 같아요.
