Serras Andorra

Decided to take a chance with Serras this season and could not have been happier.

Location- very close to Soldeu lifts with a fantastic ski shuttle directly to the lift.

Hospitality- Tomás is the man! Exceptionally helpful and friendly. If you need something done he’s your guy.

Cuisine- Bruna is absolutely fantastic. Must try the secreto iberico and torrija for desert.

Rooms- very clean and comfortable.

Spa- phenomenal!! Very tranquil and easily accessible.

Atmosphere- classic Andorran mountain vibes with a modern spin. Loved it.

We already knew Serras as a brand (we love the Barcelona property: great rooftop views over the port and a great restaurant), so choosing Hotel Serras Andorra felt like an easy decision. This was actually our third stay in four years.

Overall, it is a very good hotel. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, especially around the bar and restaurant, and the spa is a real plus after a day in the mountains. The service was good, with just a couple of small hiccups with our requests. Nothing dramatic at all, but it felt like the team was not always fully on top of every detail. Still, the experience absolutely matches what you expect from a solid 5-star stay.

Breakfast was really enjoyable: a well-curated buffet with a great variety of high-quality products. Also, you can order a selection of eggs and other dishes from the kitchen.

Bruna (the restaurant) and 42 Grados (the bar) are both great spots for dinner or a drink. We ended up going every day during our week-long stay and always had a good time, although after a full week you might start wishing for a bit more menu variety.

What truly makes this hotel stand out, though, is the slope in the backyard: it is perfect for learning to ski. We were there for a week and our child attended the Ski Camp for four days with Daiana, the instructor. It was the highlight of the trip. Our 3-year-old went from zero experience to confidently going down the slope independently and even turning in just four days, which honestly surprised us. Daiana was fantastic: patient, encouraging, and incredibly organized. The camp also included apres-ski activities for kids like drawing, crafts, and even a spa visit, which made the whole experience even more special.

Sara the spa Manageress is so lovely, knowledgable & helpful. My Husband & I spent a wonderful late morning relaxing in the fantastic spa facilities. Unlike many spas it had the added bonus of an infer red light room, which really helped my aching lower back. The jets on the spa pool were lovely & strong. We would highly recommend this lovely intimate spa & gym facilities to everyone. Thank you Sara you’re a star.

From the moment you checkin the experience is 5stars. The team is amazing for all areas of the resort the pool area is indoors and has everything you can imagine cold plunge, steam room, hot tub, all the massage services are amazing we are in early July and the hotel isn't full so the attention you get is unbelievable. Definitely coming here again

Our stay at Serras Andorra was wonderful. Everyone on the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities were just what we required and the staff anticipated all of our needs before we even had to ask. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is furnished in line with expectations of a luxury hotel - it's comfortable, clean, well-appointed and the staff are very polite and make you feel looked after, which is lovely but also something you would expect at that price point.
We didn't have a super smooth experience with the room - we selected a Grand Deluxe and were given a room which was a part of a connected family unit, meaning that we could hear absolutely everything that the family next door did and were woken up by their children at 7am on both days. Another misunderstanding was regarding the dogs - the hotel is listed as dog-friendly, but after booking I discovered that dogs are not allowed in winter, which left me in a hurry to find dogcare at home at a short notice. I am happy with dogs not being allowed in winter, because I would rather enjoy clean snow, I just wish that this was made clear upfront (I actually discovered this information by accident, by asking explicitly if we would keep the room we paid for if we brought the dog), and that the rule applied to everyone (we saw families with dogs there).
Expect to be charged disproportionately for even the tiny things.
Re the Spa - the masseuses don't read the information you fill out before the treatment.
From positives - the breakfast was lovely, a lot of activities for younger children and the facilities are truly nice. It seems to be one of the better hotels in Andorra.
So overall, not a terrible experience but not our best either.

We stayed here over New Year's in the "Penthouse Suite" Our room was very nice and the staff and service is second to none. The New Year's dinner in the restaurant was fun. Great location with plenty of activities. I would definitely stay here again.

An exquisite service, the new concept of the Bruna restaurant is spectacular, with an incredibly complete wine list... and the attention given to children, both in the kids' club and the S room, is priceless. The ski slope next door offers lots of fun and entertainment for the kids.

This is a unique hotel, perfectly located to enjoy Granvalira, but you also have the possibility of skiing on a private slope right in front. Perfect for children who want to start with a monitor or with their parents. It is very cozy, we went with the family and a group of friends, and we felt at home but with 5-star service. Worth mentioning is the kids club, where the children had a great time while we enjoyed the good atmosphere in the snowbar. Highly recommended
