Me encanto la ubicacion, tiene todo cerca, esta una cuadra centro comercial unicentro, esquina tiene oxxo, farmacia cruz verde, cerca tambien restaurantes y lindos, enseguida esta gym, hasta notarias tiene cerca, lugar es muy tranquilo, seguro.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my first visit to Colombia, and overall, it was a great experience. What stood out to me was how incredibly clean the entire property was. Also, the front desk staff were very helpful and responsive—they handled every request positively, which made me feel well taken care of. The room size was fine, and though the bed was on the firmer side, it wasn’t a big issue. I also appreciated that they replaced towels without charge, even though it was initially noted as an extra cost—this was a pleasant surprise.
Now, one thing I disliked was that the water in the bathroom sink and toilet came out brown. I need to clarify this only happened there; the kitchen and shower water were fine. Since this is my first time in Colombia, if I’ve misunderstood the local infrastructure or normal conditions, I do apologize. Overall, though, it was a positive stay!

La ubicación es insuperable a pasos de todo, realmente muy recomendable.
La atención es muy buena. Destaco la atención y simpatía de Johana que me ayudó con un par de requerimientos siempre con muy buena actitud.
Todo muy limpio y agradable. ¡La terraza es hermosa! Perfecta para desconectar un rato y disfrutar de las lindas vistas.
Que nos asignaron una habitación en el 7mo piso (cosa que está buena porque tiene una terraza increíble) pero iba con una persona mayor, entonces le costaba un poquito subir las escaleras pero nada crítico.
La ubicación es demasiado buena, todo los puedes hacer caminando, es residencial pero a la vez comercial
