Amazing staff that was willing to help with every need - we had a hot tub outside of our room with a beautiful view. The food and drinks at the property were fabulous and delicious ! We loved the location- very easy to go into town.
We liked the fact that we got a suit that had a big balcony with an amazing view. The food was really good, the staff really kind. The ladies from room service cleaned our room 2 times a day, which was really nice.
We didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t use the pool, because outside was cold and windy and the water just a little warm. The pool was heated, but not enough… We tried going inside, but there was no chance in staying…
Also another fact, for the breakfast, for a few days we choose the same thing to eat but the eggs were cooked differently or seasoned with something else everyday or we got something we didn’t wanted.
And the fact that if it rains you don’t have a restaurant or balcony to sit outside because it s not covered, sheltered from the rain.
Everything. The views, the staff, the bar, the pool, the breakfast… incredible place to stay!

スタッフの方々がとても親切で、レセプションではチェックインしたときには、どこを通ればケーブルカーにいけるか、どの道がロケーションがいいのかなど、観光情報まで教えてくれました😆ウェルカムワインもすごく美味しくて、部屋からのロケーションも最高！また、予約した際、夕日を見ながらのディナーをしたい旨をホテルに伝えたら、ちょうどいい時間を教えてくれて、その時間をおさえてくれました。そして当日、実際にレストランを訪れると、すごく素敵な席に案内してくれて、最高の夕日を見ることができました。ご飯もとてもどれも美味しくて、絶対また行きたいなと思っています。

Our stay was excellent! The staff were absolutely lovely, so helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. They truly went the extra mile to help us celebrate a special life milestone, which made our stay even more memorable.
Breakfast was fantastic and served directly to our room each morning, which was such a treat. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, including the bathroom. We also had a stunning view and a large terrace that was perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery.
The hotel also made everything incredibly easy during our stay. Booking transfers and arranging quad/car rentals through them was seamless. We also took advantage of the laundry service, which was so convenient, with everything returned to us the same day.
There are quite a few steps to get to the hotel and to move between different areas of the property, but that’s Santorini! We just considered it a nice little way to get the blood pumping in the morning.
We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend staying here!

The staff went above and beyond, breakfast also very good served in your balcony, plenty of options there. Pool was nice and quiet, pool service extraordinary considering the amount of steps from bar to pool. They even take luggage to the taxi

אבל הארוחת בוקר לא הייתה משהו, היו לי כאבי בטן ממש והקאתי לא ממליצה בכלל על ארוחת בוקר אבל מעבר להכול היה מושלם
חדר ענק חדש ומרווח עם נוף מדהים. הכל חדש ונקי והגקוגי היה ממש חמים ונעים. הבריכה והחדר עם נוף מדהים. רואים מהמלון את השקיעה המדהימה של סנטוריני . לא מאוד רחוק מהעיר.איפשרו לנו לעשות צק אווט מאוחר יותר. מאוד שירותיים.
