Location overlooking the volcanic caldera is remarkable.
Pros:

Amazing view location.

Cons:

Tough for guests with physical limitations or stamina issues — over 100 steps to negotiate going down the cliff face to hotel; obviously tougher climbing uphill.

This hotel offers great service and value for a younger audience and higher physical fitness levels.
Pros:

Superb staff. Clean facilities. Excellent customer service. Beautiful views.

Cons:

Location is difficult to get to and from. Many steps, very slippery, steep climbs, not feasible for everyone. Breakfast options are limited. TV in our room never worked.

Amazing Hotel with an Even More Amazing View
Pros:

Wow, what a great hotel! We were not expecting it to be on the side of a cliff, so this hotel is definitely not for those needing accessibility (many steps). The cliff also meant the views were amazing! The porter was able to take our bags from the transportation to the room. Breakfast was phenomenal and was at our private balcony every morning. The staff were very kind. Would go back :)

Wonderful Stay at the Porto Fira with the most amazing views!
Pros:

I liked absolutely everything about the Porto Fira Hotel. The view was amazing, the room was so cozy with robes, slippers and a full bar! The breakfast, generous and CHEFS KISS delish! The staff had your breakfast delvered to your suite or patio precisley at the time we requested! Highly recommend this hotel!!
