Perfect Stay
Pros:

Great hotel, well located. Solid breakfast too. You can use also their parking in Andorra la Vella if you stay in Palome (just ask reception). Magda was great and provided us excellent recommendations, thank you again.

Exceeded our expectations!

We truly can’t complain—NH Collection was an outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors and top-notch facilities that add to the luxurious ambiance.

Initially, we had booked a stay at the neighboring Sant Grant, but unfortunately, it was such a disappointment that we had to leave. Despite both hotels being rated four stars, the difference in quality, service, and overall experience was like night and day. NH Collection completely turned our trip around, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and comfortable stay!

Pros:

Great b'fast. There is just some kind of 'soul' missing in the hotel. It lacks atmosphere. Staff are helpful but a couple of minor issues suggested lack of attention to detail (shower gel container empty, which I found out while in the shower, another time I was naked and about to run a bath when I noticed the plug was missing). Also there is a smell which I have noticed on both trips. I think it's due to poor enforcement of no smoking rules. Bed very comfortable. Ski lockers didn't seem to be heated. Cold wet boots in the morning are no fun.

Pros:

Our stay was magical! Our room had the most amazing view of a lake outlined with snow. We were able to enjoy the view from the bed. The room and hotel were very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast which was a varied, delicious spread of the local cuisine.

Una gran suite moderna con un buen colchón y vistas al río y a la montaña. Ducha y bañera de hidromasaje en un amplio baño. Si abres ligeramente la ventana puedes dormir con el sonido del Río. Una gozada.
