Location excellent, Room OK, everything else very basic.

1人旅での利用てす。
場所がとてもいい！メトロ から2.3分。
通り沿いなので疲れたら一旦休憩に戻れます。
しかし入り口が非常に分かりにくい！入り方もわかりにくく、たまたま入る人がいたから良かったものの…
お値段と場所からして大正解かな。私的には(^^)
いいものを望む方はイマイチかも。

7月中旬、白夜の終わりかけの時期に滞在しました。
Atticタイプの部屋は窓の小さい薄暗い部屋でしたが、１人旅には問題のない広さです。むしろ夜間の日光があまり入らず熟睡できるため、白夜の時期にはこの部屋は良い選択でした。
また、口コミではベッドのスプリングが気になるとの意見もありましたが改善されており、フカフカで寝心地が良かったです。エアコンは無く扇風機のみの備え付けでしたが、この時期のサンクトペテルブルクの夜は涼しいため、一度も使ませんでした。部屋は清潔で、施設内ではネズミや害虫などを一度も見ませんでした。

ただ、ホテルの入り方が分かりづらかったです。
大通り沿いに大きな鉄製の門があり、インターフォンのボタンを押して女性の電子応答が流れたら、ロックが解除されます。その後鉄門を開けて入るのですが、「PUSH」と書かれた場所を押しても開かないので、必ず門の取っ手の部分をつかんで押してください。

また、私の部屋ではシャワーの「HOT」と「COLD」が反対になっていました。もし「H」でお湯が出なければ「C」側を試してください。深夜4時頃にシャワーを使いましたが、深夜はボイラーの起動に時間がかかるため1～2分シャワーを出し続けるとお湯が出ました。
トイレの紙は流さず、備え付けのゴミ箱に捨てるタイプです。

スタッフは皆親切ですが、熟練の人も新人もいます。チェックイン時は新人が担当してくれたのですが、Expedia経由で支払いを済ませていたにも関わらず、その場でクレジットカードでの支払いを要求されました。しかし翌日、別のスタッフに事情を説明すると、すぐに状況を理解し、クレジットカードでの支払いをキャンセルしてくれました。

Olin ryhmän kanssa. Hotelli oli siisti. Hieman vaikea löytää ja sisäpiha oli todella SISÄPIHA. Aamupala oli heikko, mutta onneksi kadulla oli vieressä ns linjasto ravintola, mistä sai hyvän aamupalan edullisesti. Sijainti oli loistava ja hotelli oli hiljainen vaikka oli pääkadun varrella. Hinta ja laatu oli kohdallaan.

Everything is very clean. The breakfast is simple but tastes good. Highly recommended.

The hotel is situated at the excellent location. You can walk to many sights or attractions within 15 to 20 minutes. The room is clean with adequate facilities like wardrobe and TV. The staff is supportive and warm. A recommended accomodation!

L'albergo forse meriterebbe 2stelle invece di 3 ma ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Si trova in pieno centro a pochi passi dai principali luoghi di interesse. Non mi sembra ci siano alberghi in una posizione così invidiabile e ciò compensa ampiamente qualche carenza.

ホテルに4泊させて頂きました。娘と2人で利用し、ホテルの場所は、最高です。駅は、目の前で、朝食も簡単ですが、美味しかったです。バレエや色々なチケットを購入する店も直ぐ近くの並びあります。とにかく何をするにも便利な場所です。エルミタージュ美術館も徒歩圏内です。それとホテル内にウォーターサーバーがあり毎日ペットボトルに詰めて出掛けていました。これが凄く助かりました。駅前ですが、騒音はありません。夜遅くになっても安心して出歩けます。また利用したいです。

Great hotel for tourists. The hotel is located in nevsky street, so I could go to famous tourist sites on foot.

The hotel has a great location, close to most tourist areas and next to two metro stations. The rooms are a decent size and clean. Only problem I had was that we lost water on our last day. The hotel couldn't fix it so all the gueats had to use the three toilets which had water.

The “hotel” is inside a gate, comprising of residential building, but right off Nevsky, which is major street for restaurants, shopping & near major attractions. You need to walk up to 2nd flr as the tiny elevator is on the 2nd fl. Small front desk, the corridor going into the rooms are narrow with paintings on the walls, water station is in the hallway, there’s a small dining area, they offer basic breakfast which I didn’t try, The staff I encountered was Valentina who speaks English, also helpful & smiles. The outside of the building & hallway is not attractive but once i get into the room ( single comfort w/ queen bed) is spacious , clean & functional, No English channels @ all! Air conditioning, mini refrigerator, cabinet, desk & 2 lounge chair. Provided w/ disposal sleeper & bathrobe,the bathroom is big, with jetted bathtub, shower cap, & sachets of shower jel included. The room looks well maintained & clean. The noise is not as loud only when neighboring room opens door, the outside area of the building was not noisy. Overall, im Happy because of the proximity of restaurants, shops, attractions,& Metro. i felt safe enough walking back even by 10-11pm. Would recommend it to all who looks for no frills to stay but great location to boot.

I have been in St. Petersburg many times, but this was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. I would neither stay there again nor recommend it to anyone. From the rats in the off street entrance to the general confusion of the staff, it was a bad experience. RA Nevsky 44 is a place to avoid!

Очень назойливое выселение из номера - начиная с 11-40 непрерывный, противно звучащий телефонный вызов, при снятии трубки никто не отвечал. За камеру хранения плата взималась 50 рублей, немного, но во всех отелях по всему миру, где мы отдыхали - эта услуга бесплатная. Несмотря на очень удачное расположение отеля, я сюда больше не поселюсь и никому этот отель не буду рекомендовать. Наталья.

The place was a bit difficult to find because it located behind other buildings. You have to get through the door with sign of the hotel, next to 'Grand Palace'. The wall in the room was quite thin, we can hear neighbor singing and talking. But if you're lucky, you would not find yourself stay with bad neighbor.

BUT overall our stay was good because we can get to attractive places, metro, and also bus stop really easy.

Located in the heart of St Petersburg. Short walk to everywhere.
