Die Unterkunft ist schön und gut gelegen
Das Personal ist nicht wirklich freundlich und die Zimmer beim genaueren Hinsehen nicht unbedingt sauber. Außerdem ist die Zimmertemperatur nicht individuell einstellbar. Bei dem Preis haben wir mehr erwartet.

The table had stains some furniture had the paint coming off the electric shade did not work . It is 5 stared but has no gym, no spa , no room service.

Μέναμε στο. Lamee. To οποίο είναι ακριβώς απέναντι,κεντρικότατη τοποθεσία και τα έχεις όλα δίπλα σου...το δωμάτιο εξαιρετικό!!
The room was nicely decorated. It did have a small balcony which had views over the rooftops and nearby Cathedral. It was nice to have a way to let fresh air in. The bathroom is luxurious. The staff are very nice and helpful.
Some parts of the room were a bit underlit particularly around the wardrobe area. It was very dark. The room is a funny shape which didnt let in much natural light. The hotel only has 1 lift. The bedroom is slightly cramped but it is a city centre hotel and maybe we booked a smaller size room. Toiletries are no longer Penhaligions but are a local luxury brand.
