Hôtel extrêmement bien situé en plein centre, très pratique pour visiter et se déplacer.
Pros:

Etions situés au Lamée.
Chambre spacieuse et confortable
Le petit déjeuner, copieux, est servi au Topazz, il n'y a que la rue à traverser.

Personal und vor allem der Service.

Fehlendes Klopapier
Jeden Tag ging Schlüsselkarte zum Zimmer nicht mehr und dann musste man viel Geduld haben bis sich jemand darum gekümmert hat
Da nur ein Aufzug im Lamee vorhanden ist, die Bar im Dachgeschoss jedoch für alle offen war, musste man ewig warten
Das Bade-Zimmer war extrem dunkel, schlechte Beleuchtung
Es gab einen Schminkspiegel, der funktionierte aber nicht
Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, aber keine Tassen und keine Kaffee Kappseln
Man bekommt einen Gutschein für die Bar im 9. OG, aber beim einlösen gilt der nur, wenn man mindestens zwei Cotails trinkt. Dies ist aber nicht klar erkennbar.

الغرفة مو مثل اللي حجزتها و كذلك التكيف كان خربان و طلبت تصلحيه و قالوا ان طاقم الصيانه غير متواجدين و طلبت غرفة بديلة و قالوا كل الغرف محجوزة و دخلت بوكينج و كان هناك غرفة متوفرة و تواصلت مع بوكينج و كذلك إدارة الفندق و ما عالجوا المشكلة و طلبت مروحه و قالوا غير متوفرة و رفضوا الغاء الحجز بشكل مجاني او جزئي باختصار بوكينج ما يعتمد عليه بالسفر.. و الفراش كان عليه بقع

Pros:

Great central location and easy to spot due to its design and the rooftop being lit ip at night. The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Our room in the Lammee was not the cleanest, the bathroom door was spattered with something, which I eventually wiped off myself after 3 days. The door frame nearest the toilet seat was the same. Probably not visible to the cleaneras the door would be behind her when she was cleaning.
On the final day my husband returned from the rest room to report that a member of staff had used the wc and not washed his hands before leaving. Quite frankly this is unforgivable.

Allt var så bra att vi gärna bor här igen.

Läget mitt i Innere Stadt var helt perfekt. Vi hade bokat ett vanligt rum på Lamée men när vi checkade in hade vi blivit uppgraderade till penthouse-sviten på Topazz. Wow, tack! Fantastiskt boende med underbar stor terrass! Frukosten var mycket bra med stort urval där man kunde beställa in bl.a. stekta ägg, omelett, avokado, yoghurt och ljuvliga pannkakor med hasselnötscreme. Mmm… Mycket trevlig personal också.

Location is Superb.
Pros:

The room gives a posh vibes. Location is superb. The staff upon check-in was very nice. That I can leave the luggage’s for sometime. Breakfast staff were so attentive.Thankful.

Cons:

Noise from neighbors doors during day time.
Upon check-out, some unfriendly energy from the receptionist. Perhaps They’re already tired.

Tutto, hotel moderno, pulito, le ragazze alla reception gentilissime. Posizione super, eravamo praticamente in centro, per la prossima visita a vienna ci ritornerò sicuramente
