Pros:

No staff and alot of items were empty on the breakfast table. The difference between one week and the next as we stayed there twice, was like a different hotel

Gutes Hotel mit herausragender Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist klasse. Das Partnerhotel hat eine sehr sehenswerte Rooftop Bar. Der Frühstücksraum kann tagsüber als Lounge genutzt werden, das ist ebenfalls toll.

Für einen Stadturlaub ideal gelegen
Pros:

Die Lage, das Zimmer war sauber. Personal nett. Mir persönlich hat gefallen, dass ich mir morgens ein Kaffee machen konnte und dass im Zimmer ein Safe ist.

Hermosa la habitación y el muchacho de la recepción muy buena onda. Cómoda la cama. Todo muy limpio. Mención especial a quienes estén encargados de limpiar la habitación porque estaba excelente todo.

Cons:

Supuestamente teníamos un trago de cortesía en la terraza del hotel, pero cuando fuimos había dos empleadas que nos dijeron que había que reservar. Pongo esta situación acá porque una de ellas me miró a mí y a mí marido con asco. Nosotros viajamos a Viena por un evento deportivo y no llevamos ropa de fiesta ni nada de eso. Estábamos vestidos con ropa casual, las camisetas deportivas y zapatillas. Pero estábamos hospedados en el hotel. No es que estaban haciendo caridad con nosotros. Éramos clientes. Sin embargo, esa señorita nos miró como si ella fuera la dueña del hotel y nosotros dos indigentes. Y para qué regalan drinks de cortesía si después no hay lugar para sentarse? Visiblemente había espacio. En fin..

המיקום מצויין 200 מטר מקתדרלת סטפן

Cons:

החדר קטן יחסית ולמרות זאת המזגן לא מצליח להתמודד עם החום, יותר נעים מבחוץ אבל עדיין חם. ביקשנו מגהץ במשך שלושה ימים ובסוף ויתרנו.

A wonderful hotel, truly in the heart of the city center
Pros:

Excellent location 3 min away from the center, metro. Very helpful staff whenever we needed assistance with transfers, food, etc. Spacious room with oval window which create a distinctive feeling. Cocktail in the terrace of the the hotel is unique experience. I recommend this hotel strongly.

Great location and great staff
Pros:

The location is excellent! The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and bars, so the area has a great atmosphere. I took the U-Bahn from the train station to Stephansplatz, and from there it was very easy to get to the hotel. The room was also very comfortable, with air conditioning, and the bed was great. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotlessly clean

Cons:

My room was on the 8th floor, which was great because the view was amazing. But unfortunately, there was only one elevator. Since the rooftop bar was on the same floor, people would get out at my floor, but before the elevator could go down, guests from the lower floors would get in and press the button to go back up to the bar. As a result, the elevator kept going back up instead of down, and I often had to take the stairs to reach the lobby.

Posizione ottima per gli spostamenti in città a piedi

Cons:

Le stanze non sono bene insonorizzate, la notte c’è tanta confusione fuori e si fatica a dormire se non si ha il sonno profondo. Musica, movida ecc.
Avendo la partenza all’alba abbiamo chiesto una hoc con la colazione che abbiamo pagato ma alla reception prima di partire non abbiamo trovato nulla! Poco piacevole considerando che avevamo chiesto per tempo e il servizio è stato pagato e non poco.
La terrazza della stanza non corrisponde a quella delle foto!
Trovo che il rapporto qualità prezzo sia da rivedere
