Please note that the property consists of 2 hotels across the road from one another. Breakfast is served in the Hotel Topazz.

Please also note that the reception is located in the Topazz building. Check-in takes place there.

The address of the Topazz building is Lichtensteg 3 and the address of the Lamee building is Lichtensteg 2.

I travel every 2 months and I do find issues with some hotels and i don't have time to write reviews as iddues are always acceptableas nothing is perfect, but In this case im making every effort to voice my negative experiences.

No bellboy although there is a trolley standing there.
No assistance to help me with my bags had to carry myself Into room.
King bed with two single duvets. They give you a wattsap number incase of emergency or any request, I made several not once did they reply.
Room was small so I asked for a bigger room and paid the additional cost.
Once again had to move my bags over with no assistance. Day 2 lift never worked had to walk up 6 floors. The aircon in room did not work I requested several times it was ignored. Everytime I complain they say we will fix when I come to hotel which is late they say tomorrow on checkout stil waiting not fixed.
A man waiter at breakfast tells us to wait rudely for our coffee after waiting 20 min.

We were told we will be informed when I upgraded room will.be ready and they will.wattsap us. We left and returned at 4 pm. Throughout the day i was asking on the wattsap but no response. When we arrive the reception guy starts scolding at us infron of guests to say where we're we because room was ready I told him i message him the entire day and he replied he doesn't check the wattsap.

They have no phone in the room I had so I had to call from my cell phone to the hotel number when I needed anything and then when I did need things like towels and ice I had to go down myself at 10pm to fetch it bevause no one was available. I asked for water they tell me I must drink out of the tap.

Also from the time I checked in there was no remote to out the TV on and issued for two days

The location is amazing , trust me when I say dont book this hotel if you expecting a 5 star hotel as they claim. If you expecting a 2 star service then yes.

I will use every platform to expose this hotels services

I det stora hela vägde läget och frukosten upp mycket, hade vi inte haft en svit hade vi antagligen varit besvikna.
Pros:

Centralt samt väldigt bra frukost

Cons:

Allt var lite slitet och gammalt och dammigt.
Belysningen i badrummet var väldigt mörk. Vilket inte är populärt när man har en fru som vill sminka sig..

Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres mais une clim qui ne fonctionne pas ...25 degrés la nuit ... impossible de dormir ; on nous donne une autre chambre (catégorie en dessous ) la clim fonctionne mais avec un bruit d'enfer ...
Nous sommes restés 3 nuits , pas de ménage fait ...indigne d'un 5 étoiles qu'il n'est pas .

Pros:

A hotel nagyon jól frekventált helyen van, sétatávolságban látványosságoktól, üzletektől, éttermektől. Különleges atmoszférával, eleganciával rendelkezik. A szoba kényelmes ággyal, pihepuha ágyneművel, extrákkal a fürdőszobában.
A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész.
A férjem 50. szülinapját ünnepeltük amikor itt szálltunk meg, nagyobb szobát kaptunk, bor és csoki bekészítést és egy kedves üzenetet. ☺️ Köszönjük Mohamednek, hogy méginkább kellemessé tette az ott tartózkodásunkat.
A hotelnek nincs parkolóháza, de a közelben van parkolási lehetőség.
