A notre arrivée, belle suite, chambre spacieuse mais canapé lit pour les enfants peu confortable.
Un frigo mais pas d'évier sauf dans la salle de bain. Salle de bain dans son jus avec pommeau de douche cassé...pas d'étendage ni service de blanchisserie ( comme mentionné) qui se trouve sur l'île en face !
La piscine et le spa ne sont plus utilisables depuis 2020, mais la photo reste toujours en premiere place. La réceptionniste est sympathique mais subit la situation.
La vue et l'emplacement sont conformes.
mon conseil : cherchez une location sur l'île de POROS.👍

Help ! This hotel is supposed to be one of the best spa-hotel of the area.... when I arrived they claimed not having received the reservation from Hotels.com. The lady finally gave me a so-called standard room instead of the luxe suite with sea view I had booked. This standard room was full of moisture, no fridge or water or coffee. No curtain on the shower tub... so you can forget using your bathroom after one shower. On top of that people were smoking in the rooms and the bar so that tobacco smell was in the whole building. The breakfast was minimal: bad filter coffee, toast with ham and cheese... I decided to leave after one night. I took pictures of the room.

Πολλή ωραία θέα, άνετα δωμάτια και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Χρειάζεται μόνο λίγη βελτίωση στη συντήρηση του κτηρίου.

Located across from the island of Paros, the suite that I stayed in offered a good value — the pool and gym were a bonus. The owner is also nice and accommodating. I would recommend it.

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου ήταν αρκετά καλή αν σκεφτείς ότι απέναντι υπήρχε η υπέροχη θέα του Πόρου που δυστυχώς δεν μπορούσαμε να δούμε παρά μόνο όταν ήμασταν έξω από το ξενοδοχείο εφόσον το δωμάτιο μας δεν διέθετε μπαλκόνι. Το εσωτερικό του ξενοδοχείου αρκετά καλο και καθαρό όπως επίσης και το δωμάτιο. Η ρεσεψιονιστ δεν ηταν τοσο ευγενική και αισθανθήκαμε σαν να ήθελε να μας "ξεπεταξει" μιλούσε υπερβολικά γρήγορα με αποτέλεσμα να μην καταλαβαίνουμε τα περισσότερα από αυτά που ελεγε. Ενα άλλο πρόβλημα πολύ σοβαρό ήταν το καζανάκι της τουαλέτας το οποίο δεν δούλευε πολύ καλά εξαρχής και το βράδυ σταμάτησε εντελώς να λειτουργεί. Αναγκαστηκαμε να ρίχνουμε νερό με το καλαθάκι της τουαλέτας. Επίσης το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά μετριο για το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο (ενα τοστ στα δύο) έπρεπε να ζητήσουμε εμείς και δεύτερο. Να συμπληρώσω ότι το πρωινό σέρβιρε η ιδια κοπέλα της ρεσεψιόν.

The room was small and dirty. No one was at the reception I had to call them to come for check in and also at check out no one was at the reception. It feels unsafe.
I booked a double room, and it had a single duvet. When I complained about this, they told me that they rent it as a single room and not as double. Later at night when we went to sleep we found out that at the bed was only a single sheet. The air on wasn’t working, the room was very old, needs repair and special the bathroom was very dirty. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. The have a swimming pool but is very dirty also.

Eigentlich ein schoenes Hotel,leider fehlt dem Management die erforderlichen Mittel fuer die Instandhaltung. Es ist nicht ok wenn die Lampe mit dem Kabel im Pool schwimmt und es machte keinen einladenden Eindruck im Gesamtbild.Toilettendeckel war kaputt ,der Duschvorhang nicht vorhanden und beides wurde dann am zweiten Tag befestigt und aufgehaengt.Klimaanalge konnte man gar nicht regulieren und nur mit Hilfe des Personals eingeschaltet werden.

Το δωμάτιο (σουίτα) δεν δικαιολογουσε τον τίτλο του. Δεν είχε μπαλκόνι. Παλιό ταλαιπωρημενο στρώμα. Πρίζες μη λειτουργικές. Νιπτήρα που βάλαμε κουβά από κάτω να μαζεύει τα νερά. Μπάνιο με παλιά υδραυλικά. Το διήμερο που πήγαμε δεν είχε το ξενοδοχείο καν ζεστό νερό. Εσωτερική πισίνα μη θερμαινόμενη. Οκ φτάνει.

Οι διακόπτες και οι πρίζες του κρεββατιού ήταν εκτός λειτουργίας. Έπρεπε να σηκωθείς για να σβήσεις τα φώτα. Το μπάνιο πλημμυροπαθές. Οι πετσέτες δεν αλλάχτηκαν. Το πρωινό φτωχό. Δεν θα το επιλέξω ξανά. Η παρουσίασή του στην ιστοσελίδα απέχει πολύ από την πραγματικότητα.

Can walk to water taxi to Poros Island. We took a drive to go see the Island of Hydra. A great thing to do.

The sauna at hotel was great. People nice.

The hotel is located next to the sea opposite Poros island, the rooms are luxurious, clean and tidy, and the staff very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Small hotel with just six rooms. The room was quite spacious that we stayed in, which was nice. Part of the reason we stayed was for the indoor pool, but it was not heated and the hot-tub was empty. There was a problem with wifi - but it was solved. Breakfast was fine. Bed was not the most comfortable.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The central location was perfect for getting around.

Over all it was ok, I would recommend to stay in Poros, Galtas area is a bit ugly. Poros has much more to offer, the hotel was fine for 4 star hotel.

We stayed for two nights at this nice hotel. The standard room lacks some amenities (fridge, shampoo) but the price was very good. Next time we will try the suites!
P.S. The mattress needs to be changed immediately
