Excellent relaxing holiday
Pros:

Everything from the airport pickup onwards 100%. Rooms nice and very clean. Good breakfats. Happy and helpful staff

Short walking distance to the main promenade and many shops, good value for money
Pros:

Close location to the city centre and main bus station. The room was quiet, with twin beds, which we appreciated. Breakfast was standard continental, it was ok. Overall, good value for money for sure.

Cons:

Details such as a little broken kettle (but it still did boil water, so can not really complain), short curtain in the shower, so it was impossible not to cover the bathroom in water. However, overall, considering the price and location, it was a good choice.

Accogliente struttura al centro di Fira.
Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione fantastica, a pochi passi dal centro e dalla fermata degli autobus ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa nelle ore notturne. Nei pressi si trovano ristoranti mini market e una farmacia. La colazione continentale comprende una parte dolce e una salata ed è la stessa ogni mattina. La piscina non è completamente esposta al sole ma rende comunque piacevole trascorrere qualche ora in hotel. Ogni giorno venivano cambiate le asciugamani è sistemata la camera. Stella è molto preparata, e gentile. Ha contribuito a rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno. In albergo inoltre è possibile prenotare escursioni e noleggiare veicoli!

Cons:

L’unico neo della nostra camera era la tenda della doccia. Essendo di plastica si attaccava addosso e spesso non era sufficiente a non far uscire l’acqua. Dettaglio sicuramente migliorabile.

A great stay in Fira!
Pros:

A charming place a few steps away from the main square in Fira yet it's pretty quiet. Best price-quality ratio! A complimentary breakfast served by lovely ladies - special thanks goes to Stella, you're the best - thank you for everything! There is also a swimming pool of a decent size as well as a nice terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view, take a sunbath, watch a sunset etc.

Cons:

I just wish there'd be a buffet breakfast with more options other than having the same plate every morning, not a big deal though since it was pretty good. Also, bigger bathroom or at least another curtain would be nice so that one doesn't flood the floor with every shower taken.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, struttura pulita e personale accogliente gentile e disponibile, la piscina è ottima per rilassarsi.

Cons:

Sicuramente il bagno della camera è da rivedere.
