Pros:

The location was great and the receptionist was kind. The air conditioning worked, and we had clean towels every day. Breakfast was decent - enough to fill you up.

Cons:

Santorini itself was a bit of a letdown for us, but my only real complaint is that we paid for breakfast yet missed out on it because we had an early departure. I’m not really complaining - I understand that the staff start work later than we left - but I think a travel pack could have been arranged, perhaps it’s a good suggestion for the future, since people do pay for it, after all.

Amamos a limpeza, tudo era extremamente limpo; o quarto é muito confortável; a organização da equipe e da estrutura são muito profissionais; a localização é a melhor de Fira; tem café da manhã e piscina, que são dois adicionais que definitivamente nos fizeram escolher essa propriedade; além disso, tudo funcionou como deveria, nos sentimos em casa e muito bem cuidadas. Nos sentimos muito seguras, e sentimos que eles nos atenderam em tudo que desejávamos para nossas férias. Um adicional é sobre a comodidade de ter agências parceiras de confiança oferecendo passeios, transfer e aluguel de veículos - o que complementou ainda mais a nossa satisfação.

Estaba todo limpio y el personal era muy amable, la habitación tenía todo lo necesario incluido una nevera muy útil.

Cons:

La piscina es pequeña y hay pocas hamacas, además que solo le da el sol dos horas al día, lo cual hace que no la puedas aprovechar mucho. El lavabo de la habitación era demasiado pequeño y se salía siempre el agua de la ducha.
