La ubicación del hotel y la playa
La comida del hotel es costosa y no es de buena calidad.
La piscina y playa
El personal de recepción, nos hizo subir y bajar la toalla de piscina de la habitación mojada para verificar que se entregara cuando íbamos a hacer check out y teníamos todas las maletas abajo. Debieron llamar por radio al personal de aseo que estaba arriba y decirle que verificara las toallas completas en la habitación y no hacernos subirá a bajar una toalla. Poco agradable eso.
La ubicación y las áreas húmedas.
La higiene no es la mejor.
Cercanía a la playa con todas las comodidades. Playa tranquila, el hotel era tranquilo, la habitación Deluxe era muy amplia con una muy buena vista, 3 aires acondicionados, dos baños, ducha grande, mucho espacio en la sala, un balcón enorme y un jacuzzi en la terraza que se debía llamar a alguien para ponerlo a funcionar. El personal del hotel era amable
El hotel no cumplió con la reserva de nuestra habitación Deluxe, que reservamos por la vista, lo amplia y moderna que es. A pesar de haber reservado con anticipación y de haber llamado previamente para confirmar, al llegar nos informaron que la habitación había sido asignada a otro huésped. Como consecuencia, pasamos una de cuatro noches en otra habitación con más cuartos en otro edificio, la cual fue presentada como un upgrade, cuando en realidad fue la única solución (que yo mismo propuse, ya que el hotel quería cambiarnos los 4 días a otra habitación) ante una doble reserva. El proceso de check-in tomó más de una hora.
Como “compensación” de su error, únicamente recibimos una taza de frutas, lo cual consideramos insuficiente y poco acorde con el incumplimiento de la reserva.
Al momento del check-out volvimos a perder aproximadamente una hora. Además, intentamos comunicarnos a través de Booking sin obtener respuesta, y contactar al hotel por teléfono resulta difícil ya que rara vez contestan.
Al tratarse de un hotel muy grande, muchos procesos toman más tiempo del razonable. En caso de reclamos, es necesario tener mucha paciencia.
La atención del personal
En cuanto a la alimentación la relación costo - calidad puede mejorar

Es un buen hotel
Cuando vayas a este hotel asegúrate que el hotel no tenga ninguna fiesta programada ; cuando fuimos estaba programada la fiesta de Navidad ; la piscina no se pudo usar en todo el día porque estaban arreglando ; el bar del lobby lo deshabilitaron ; los restaurantes no estaban funcionando para los huéspedes . Ósea que si no vas a la fiesta no te hospedes porque solo podrás usar tu habitación y la playa .
