La atención del personal es sobresaliente
El volumen del TV no funcionaba
La atencion del personal es muy buena, siempre prestos a ayudar, las instalaciones, la vista desde la habitación, la facilidad de moverse en todas las torres, la tranquilidad
Estuvo bien la comida en el Buffet pero sugerirá tener mas variedad de entre el desayuno y almuerzo
El lobby es agradable. El salon del piso 3 para el desayuno es agradable. El personal es muy amable.
Conocemos el Irotama desde pequeños pero ahora que regresamos con nuestros hijos, sentimos que el hotel se ve "viejito" y aunque el hotel del lago en teoría es nuevo, realmente no cumplió nuestras expectativas. En las fotos se veía mucho mas bonito. No estaba mal pero tampoco era lo que esperábamos encontrar. Esta lejos de considerarse un hotel 5 estrellas.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Unicamente hace falta una cafetera para poder preparar el café temprano
Creo que podría haber una mejor distribución en los restaurantes pues en horas pico estaba demasiado lleno, no había mesa, el servicio demorado

Los empleados los menú de los restaurantes podrían tener un código QR detrás del carnet para escanear y tener la información
The past holidays and memories
My wife and I have been coming here for decades. Over roughly the last 20 years, we have travelled from Switzerland to Irotama around 20 times, later bringing our children, family and friends. We kept coming back because of the memories of what this hotel once was.
Unfortunately, Irotama is simply no longer competitive.
It is genuinely sad to see the decline of a place we have loved for so long. The service has deteriorated considerably, several facilities and restaurants are closed or improvised, and even something as simple as buying a drink can mean waiting 30 minutes at a temporary bar that has apparently been temporary for far too long. The entire experience increasingly feels like a hotel living on its former glory rather than caring about hospitality today.
The most disappointing moment came on our last evening. After having dinner at the hotel with family and friends, as we had done throughout the week, we invited them briefly to our apartment before they returned home nearby. Our daughters simply wanted a little more time with their cousins. A security guard came and effectively ordered everybody out immediately. I asked for 30 minutes, then 15, then even five minutes simply to say goodbye. Nothing.
After decades of staying here and repeatedly inviting friends and family to visit us in the apartments we booked, we were suddenly treated almost as though we were doing something illegal. That was deeply disappointing.
There are still some wonderful long-term employees whom we have known for many years, and perhaps that makes the decline even sadder.
And particularly to my Swiss, German, Austrian and French fellow travellers: if you are considering travelling 10–12 hours across the Atlantic specifically for this hotel, I would no longer recommend doing so. There are simply much better alternatives today.

Muchas cosas en reparacion ,restaurante de la playa insuficiente, en mesas muy pequeño ,toca hacer cola ( luruaco)
Y el de cocos llega la comida fria
Location, food, rooms, and value were great. I would recommend it.
Kids pool was closed. Everytime I needed service at the pool or the beach I had to go to the bar myself since there were no staff around. Some families were listening loud music around the common areas even though was against the rules.

El servicio es espectacular como siempre todo el personal es muy atento en general pero hacemos una mensión especial a Maryuris y a Heidy la del bar.
Hace falta un lugar ambientado donde suene musica un poco más alta o una discoteca para poder pasar tiempo en pareja en la noche, que se pueda bailar o tomar algo con más ambiente.
El alojamiento supera las expectativas en atención e
Instalaciones.
Fuimos en familia y no queríamos regresarnos, mucha muchas gracias!!!
