Instalaciones y Limpieza
Pros:

Las instalaciones muy buenas, la limpieza excepcional y la comida del Buffet de almuerzo muy casera pero con opciones limitadas. Multiples piscinas y un gym bueno.

Cons:

Punto mas bajo: El servicio del bar de playa es inexistente, en 6 dias no pasaron en ronda ninguna vez, no recogian nada de los kioscos y no ofrecian nada.
No hubo zonas de spa, ni zonas humedas disponibles en la estadia.
Intente coordinar algo para mi aniversario y nunca respondieron de servicio al huesped.

Creo que tienen vocacion de tantas cosas(resort, tiempo compartido, congresos) que los detalles se les escapan.

Excelente las habitaciones, el personal super amable.
Pros:

Excelente todo. Obviamente voy a regresar. Solo una sugerencia, hay que mejorar los tiempos de atención de pedidos de alimentos en los restaurantes, en el desayuno la demora es de una hora y en el almuerzo de 55 minutos.

Todo estuvo bien.
