El equipo de personas que atiende es muy amable. Me encanta la piscina grande. Siempre me hago masajes en el Spa y me encanta. La comida es buena.
La atencion en el restaurante Coco ha decaido mucho. Se nota que faltan meseros o personas del servicio. Y eso que no estuve en epoca alta , no quiero imaginar como sera en epoca alta. Por favor, no dejen dañar el Hotel...que siempre ha sido un buen lugar para pasar dias. Es una lastima porque yo soy muy clienta del Irotama pero era muchisimo tiempo de espera para ser atendidos. El Room service tambien fue tenaz. Como 2 horas para ser atendidos.
Entiendo que por la época las familias nos encontrábamos de vacaciones, sin embargo las zonas comunes y piscina, se encontraban muy llenas, por lo tanto no pudimos disfrutar tan cómodamente de los servicios del Hotel
Me gustó mucho la piscina del tercer piso. Y que tuviera acceso directo a la playa. Todo el servicio en general está muy bueno. Y poder usar todas las áreas y movilizarse entre uno y otro con los carritos

El acceso a todo el complejo, la habitación super linda y limpia.
Algunos empleados tenían mala cara otros muy amables
El primer día que llegamos para hacer el checking la chica y la Recepcion me dijo que yo no hice una Rezerva en la torre del lago, sino que la actores del sol, yo le mostré el email y le dije no señora mire Rezerva está confirmada en la Torre del lago o sea la torre nueva, ella me dijo no cómo te parece que te puedo ofrecer una habitación Torre del sol vale menos y tiene jacuzzi. Le dije que no me interesaba y quería recibir la habitación que yo reservé por Booking, no que me ofrezcan otras cosas que yo no había reservado y que no me interesaba, o sea me querían meter otra habitación de las tú, eres viejas, cosas que no me parece justo
Al personal le falta más esencia, de carisma y cariño con respecto al trato al turista que llega allá son un poco lentos y demorados.
