Pros:

Me gustó todo! Nos hospedamos en el Irotama Lago. La amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel hace que la experiencia sea mucho más agradable. Las instalaciones son excelentes. Los precios de sus restaurantes, minimarket y tiendas son muy convenientes.

Muy cómodo, muchas cosas por hacer pero desmejoraron el desayuno
Pros:

La torre Lago es moderna, limpia, cómoda y sin ruido, la recepción es impresionante.

Cons:

El desayuno desmejoró significativamente respecto a enero de 2023, que fue la última vez que vine. Me enteré de que ahora lo opera GHL y quizás esa sea la razón. El buffet era exactamente igual todos los días, por lo que pagar el valor adicional del desayuno me pareció muy costoso para lo que ofrecían; por ejemplo, los panes estaban algo duros y chiclosos. Definitivamente, este es un punto importante a mejorar.

Tienes todo en un sólo lugar:
1. Playa, cómoda y segura.
2. Piscina para adultos y niños, con juegos y tobogán seguro.
3. Variedad de restaurantes, aunque la carta no varía mucho, hace que el personal se distribuya por todo el resort y no encuentras nada totalmente lleno.

La atención en playas y piscinas muy deficiente, nunca pasa el personal para pedir bebidas o alimentos.
