Instalaciones maravillosas, muy limpias y el servicio excepcional. Tiene una gran oferta de servicios y todo el staff del hotel está pendiente para servir de la mejor manera. Además, es un lugar muy seguro y muy recomendado para planes familiares.

Cómodo, amplio, linda vista . Por mejorar el olor en el baño , a sudor .
En el restaurante : Pargo Rojo dicen el gramaje en la carta 500gr valor $96.000. La realidad gramaje aproximadamente 270 gr el mismo valor . Se ve engañoso y es de claridad para los meseros , pues lo advierten que es más pequeño , máxime en mi plan que era pagando cada plato.

No respetaron la reserva que teniamos en La Torre del Lago , la primera noche nos mandaron a una habitacion en otro lado oscura y angosta . Los quioscos de la playa sucios , nadie limpia ! Al almuerzo solo 2 restaurantes abiertos

Staff everywhere was really nice and helpful. The rooms were super clean.
They changed our booking without any notice due to “availability”. They did fix it on arrival after talking to lobby staff but not a pleasant experience. They also had two conferences happening at the same time a courtesy email to let us know about noise until later in the night would’ve been appreciated.
