El servicio es espectacular como siempre todo el personal es muy atento en general pero hacemos una mensión especial a Maryuris y a Heidy la del bar.
Hace falta un lugar ambientado donde suene musica un poco más alta o una discoteca para poder pasar tiempo en pareja en la noche, que se pueda bailar o tomar algo con más ambiente.

La Habitación era muy cómoda
La comida de los restaurantes era muy regular y costosa. A parte del desayuno que fue maravilloso.
Excelente atención, el personal siempre dispuesto a lo que uno necesita, las instalaciones muy buenas .
Lástima que la piscina de niños estaba cerrado porque la estaban arreglando.

Las camas son muy cómodas, la limpieza es excelente.
El servicio en los restaurantes del hotel aunque es amable toma demasiado tiempo. En algunas ocasiones esperamos más de una hora entre la orden y la llegada del pedido.
Es un lugar ideal para descansar y desconectarte en Familia. La oferta de actividades y gastronómica hacen que sea mucho más placentero y logres desconectarte. Ideal para llevar a tus hijos.
