Extremamente bem localizado, super confortável, bom café da manhã.

駅からも至近で、マチュピチュへのバス乗り場の眼の前です。朝食が5時半からなのですが、その時間前にホテルを出ることを告げると、朝食パックの様なものを作ってくれました。

El personal era muy amable, pude dejar mi equipaje en la consigna tanto al llegar cómo el día del check-out, mientras estaba en el Machu Picchu. La habitación era cómoda y bonita, igual que el baño. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca para coger el bus a Machu Picchu y también cerca de la estación del tren y de los restaurantes. El desayuno era bueno y variado.
El único detalle que no me gustó fue el sonido tan fuerte del río que no me dejaba dormir por la noche. Mi habitación estaba en la segunda planta hacía el río que se encuentra muy cerca. Por supuesto es algo muy personal, seguramente a la mayoría no les molesta ese sonido natural.

If I could give a higher score, I would! Don’t go past this hotel for your stay in Machu Picchu; the bus to the Citadel departs directly outside the hotel, the staff are incredibly warm and friendly (there is a language barrier - obvious reasons - however they’ll do everything to assist and sometimes it’s simply using google translate).
They promptly and gladly responded to both requests with kindness; the breakfast is a solid option too! Delicious avocado, a fried egg on a yummy croissant - fresh juices and all your usual condiments. Would gladly stay here again :)

We had a big room with a window towards the river and a bridge. Clean and comfortable. They had even a heater in the room but we didn’t use it as it was comfortable temperature I. The room to sleep. It us close to everything and busses to matchu pichu stay just outside the hotel door
La cama, grande
(Alleinreisend, ü60, Mitte Mai) Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal: Ich hatte bei der Online-Reservierung extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und bekam 2 Zimmer zur Auswahl. Ich entschied mich für ein Zimmer mit Fenster auf einen Schacht, das - abgesehen von den üblichen Hotelgeräuschen - tatsächlich auch sehr ruhig war. Hervorzuheben ist das moderne sehr schöne Bad, wo ein großer Waschtisch endlich mal ausreichend Platz für alle Badutensilien bot. Auch die Beleuchtung im Bad war schön hell (in europ. Hotels auch keine Selbstverständlichkeit!), sodass man sich auch gut rasieren konnte. Steckdosen und Lichtschalter waren tatsächlich alle in Bettnähe und es gab ein schönes Frühstücksbüffet, das von 2 Angestellten ständig in Ordnung gehalten und aufgefüllt wurde. Die zentrale Lage haben die anderen Gäste schon ausreichend gewürdigt. Warum das Hotel nur 2 Sterne hat, ist mir schleierhaft. Also: Absolute Empfehlung! 👍
Eine Kleinigkeit: Eine Ablage in der Dusche für Shampoo/Duschbad wäre noch sehr schön.
Det ligger meget centralt i forhold til bus/tog transport til og fra byen og til Machu Picchu.

Tive um pouco de dificuldade no check-out, pois não aceitaram que eu pagasse o que consumi com cartão, apenas em dinheiro.
We stayed for one night prior to an early morning trip to Machu Picchu. The location is perfect for that purpose - right at the bus queue, surrounded by restaurants, and opposite the market. The breakfast was at 5:30, which was great for us, and was quite good. The staff were very helpful with keeping our suitcase while we visited MP, and allowing us to recover in the foyer on our return.
Nothing, really. There was no kettle in the room but that doesn't seem unusual for this part of the world, or for a hotel of this type. It was a basic, old school, no-frills hotel which does exactly what it needs to do and does it well.
