Pros:

A funcionária da recepção é maravilhosa. Infelizmente não perguntei o nome, mas ela foi tão atenciosa conosco... Nos acompanhou no Ministério da Cultura para buscar entradas para Machu Picchu e ficou chateada por não termos conseguido. Esse tipo de empatia faz toda a diferença. O quarto também era ótimo, bem iluminado e com banho quente e abundante.

Vicinissima alla stazione dei bus per Machu Pichu, staff cordiale ci hanno preparato una box colazione in quanto partivamo presto.

Pros:

La ubicación muy conveniente, a un paso del bus a Machupichu y de la zona de restaurantes.
Nos permitieron guardar nuestras malesta hasta la hora de tomar el tren. El agua de la ducha salio perfecta (caliente).
Muy recomendable.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente solo caminas unos 3 minutos para llegar a la estación del tren y la del bus a machu

La ubicación es excelente, a pocos pasos de la estación de tren pero no se escuchan, al frente de la estación de bus de machu picchu.

Pros:

Gostamos da proximidade do hotel ao local de saída dos ônibus para Machu Picchu, e dá cortesia em fornecer um lanche individual já que sairíamos antes do período do café. O chuveiro tinha água quente normal, e a cama estava ok. Deixamos as mochilas que não precisaríamos levar ao passeio no hotel (em Machu Picchu tem quardavolume por 5 soles)

Localização imbatível. Ótimo custo-benefício
Pros:

Localização - Fica em frente a fila ( assusta no início, mas é muito bem organizada) para pegar o ônibus para a Cidade Sagrada de Machu Picchu. Subindo uns 200mts está a bilheteria para os tickets destes ônibus. A Vila é bem pequena e dentro de uma a 2 quadras já se encontrar diversos restaurantes e lojas. RECOMENDO MUITO passar uma noite em Águas Calientes.

Cons:

A placa da frente do Hotel tem letras muito pequenas. Demos 2 voltas no quarteirão para encontrar. A localização no Google Maps não é precisa. Há um pequeno degrau do quarto para o banheiro que pode levar a tropeções em pessoas distraídas ( como eu ) que visitam o banheiro à noite Essas observações foram passadas a um funcionário muito atencioso na saída. O barulho existente era do Rio ( o que já havia sido avisado)
