Great hotel to get ready for Machu Picchu
Pros:

It was right next to the station so we didn’t have to walk far. The staff was very nice and gave information about the area and things to do.

Great location to get to Machu Picchu! Clean comfortable room and nice staff.
Pros:

We came by train from Olla and stayed one night. The hotel was about a 4 min walk from the train station. We had to sort out bus tickets to go up to MP which was literally a 2 min walk from the hotel. And that's where you line up for the MP bus for your allocated time slot. Our ticket was for 8:00 AM which meant lining up at 7:00. Breakfast starts at 5:30 so gives everyone time to eat beforehand. They fried eggs for us, fairly basic for the rest but good. We got our guide by asking at reception (Fredy was great and not in a hurry at all once we got to MP) Happy to share details.....
Room was clean, shower was hot, bed was good. Some people complain about the river noise - the hotel is right across from it. Okay, it's loud but sounded like white noise to us and didn't interrupt our sleep at all. Staff were friendly. They let us leave a bag behind which was super helpful. Would definitely recommend this place. Side note - Aguas Calientes isn't a charming place - just the town you have to go to in order to see Machu Picchu :)

Cons:

This isn't a complaint! They were renovating but we weren't bothered by it. When we returned after walking through MP to collect our bag, they even offered us a room to relax in before our train left a few hours later. Above and beyond, really kind staff.

Excellent place, great value for money, best location and staff
Pros:

Very nice property. The best part is the staff there, especially the lady at the reception. She helped us to get our bus on time while running down herself and making sure we don’t miss it. And this happened within 3 minutes of our check in. She is the best

Cons:

A little noisy due to the river flow. Breakfast can be improved.

Lo que esperamos de un hotel: habitación de buen tamaño, buena cama y buen baño, limpio. El que el hotel este al lado del rio me pareció genial porque uno duerme con ese sonido o música de fondo que es muy relajante. El desayuno es básico, pero esta bien, acorde a lo que promete el hotel. El restaurante que tienen abajo de tiene comida típica, bien preparada y a precios razonables

Hotel muy acogedor, recomendable para familias.
Pros:

Muy acogedor y ubicado muy cerca de los buses de Consettur. Es una opción muy conveniente para familias con mucho equipaje, ya que está justo al lado de la estación del tren y cuenta con ascensor. El personal es muy amable y atento a las necesidades de los viajeros.

Cons:

Aunque el lugar cuenta con agua caliente, no estuvo disponible todo el tiempo. Llamamos en dos ocasiones a la recepción y lo resolvieron rápidamente, pero es un aspecto que podría mejorar, especialmente en época de invierno.
