This hotel is close to the port and close to little Venice, the only issue is that in Mykonos there aren’t any sidewalks so if you plan to walk, the road is narrow with vehicles going both lanes. I recommend renting a car or using the boat service to the other port. The hotel has a restaurant so if you came in late, you can eat on property. The room is confortable and we got a great view. All the staff we encountered were great.
Perfect location for exploring Mykonos. Service was exceptional. Big surprise was the quality of the restaurant in the hotel
Great stay for overnighter as within walking distance of the port, although care needs to be taken on the road as there isn’t pavement all the way (obviously not the fault of the hotel) ! Good pool, bar and restaurant, so no need to leave the hotel if you just want to relax. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Good place
Staff was not friendly
2 minute walk to the sea bus. BEAUTIFUL room and view. Gorgeous property. Wonderful staff
We loved it! Great swimming pool
Picked this location to be near port to catch a morning ferry. Did the job perfectly and walking dustance to port.
Staff were great
The owner was so friendly and helpful when we arrived, giving us lots of information and advice. The pool was lovely and the breakfast was amazing too!
car wouldn't enter the hotel. I reached there in a rainy day and it was bad They are good people no doubt but i didn't like the location. 10 Euro breakfast is good.
We arrived tired and were greeted by a receptionist who took our 1euro sustainability tax, and after we filled both filled in our details for the booking, took us to our room. We were not expecting to walk up so many steps and when she could not find the room went off to ask someone. She came back and then took us up more steps and then more steps. At no point did she make sure we could manage this number of them and show no concern that we were struggling and trying to make fun of this problem. The following morning we counted over 50 steps from the room to the breakfast area.
When we finally reached the room, the space was large and the views were good, but this is where the positive notes end. After a while we realised we had not been given a WiFi code, but there was no one on reception, no information in the room and the TV was programmed to Arabic (we thought it might have been on a screen). The was a kettle - but nothing to make a brew with, there was a cooker - with no pans, there was no hairdryer or ironing board and nothing to make you feel welcoming.
We went to bed tired, and were rudely woken the following morning (at 6:30am) by the 2 sets of house builders on the neighbouring property. It sounded like they were knocking the plaster of the walls above us. After 90 mins, I went to receptionist who had a laissez-fair attitude and showed no sympathy and told me she didn't think the builders would not be working following the bank holiday.
The staff was very kind and helpful. Willing to help in any way to navigate our stay here. Definitely recommend!! They went above and beyond!!
I loved the way the property was pristine and the manager and other staff were easily available throughout the day and night if we needed something. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly!
Helpful staff, plentiful breakfast, clean quiet atmosphere. 30 metres from sea and sea bus which cost 2 Euros to travel to Mykonos town
The service from the staff was terrible; they should all be fired.
The reception guy was like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde :) sometimes extremely nice, one moment later extremely rude
But in general, was good and informative person
We received free upgrade to view suite, the food in the restaurant was great
I felt like I was treated like a king. I had an upstairs suite with a sea view, which I didn't realize I was getting. The receptionist was super friendly and walked me to my room, so I wouldn't get lost. The hotel was just short walked to the Seabus, which takes you to Mykonos Town. From there you can take the Fabrika Bus Stop to the top beaches in Mykonos.
The only first world issues I will say are the scrambled eggs at breakfast are served extremely cold, and there lots of stairs and no elevator, but other than that, the perfect hotel.
Within walking distance of the ferry we took. Provided transportation information at check-in and pickup was in front of hotel.
