מלון מפנק, נוף מהמם, שירות אדיב, ספא מושלם. שידרגו אותנו חדר מבלי שנבקש, המיני - בר בחדר מלא בשתייה ללא חיוב נוסף, ארוחות בוקר וערב מצויינות.

דברים קטנים ושוליים: המיזוג עובד רק על אוורור, השתייה כולל מים וסודה בארוחת הערב בחיוב תשלום, חוייבנו פעמיים על המס העירוני, אפילו ששילמנו דרך ההזמנה בבוקינג - במלון טענו שהם חייבים לציין את השורה של המס העירוני בקבלה וחייבו אותנו שוב.

Excellent place, bucket list destination for me and it did not disappoint. Hotel and Spa were excellent and the buffet style dinner/breakfast was superb. Will 100% be returning and would highly recommend.

View from the room was lovely. As well as room size. Breakfast in terms of food selection lovely. Staff at reception helpful

The overall stay was clouded by an unpleasant breakfast staff. Few examples- Although we were moved 3 different tables throughout our stay, when asked about being seated near a window were told we have assigned table and no flexibility about that. Then accused we didn't sign the water bill, when she discovered we actually did. There was no cordial spology. Overall the eating experience as result of these attitudes...was not pleasant.

The aqua dim water park can be visited as guest...which is what we recommend.

O destinatie care nu trebuie ratata
Pros:

O locatie unica din punct de vedere al arhitecturii, gandita pentru a crea trairi speciale, in combinatia cu ape naturale si munti spectaculosi. Pe pamant, sub pamant, in aer, corespondenta perfecta intre sectiunile cladirilor si functionalitatea lor. camere excelent dotate, cu vedere de exceptie. O multitudine de servicii si instalatii de spa, conditii foarte bune (spa si piscine).
Personal de exceptie, foarte bine antrenat, prompt, prezent, amabil, discret, toti vorbind foarte bine engleza.
Lucrurile se intampla mereu in favoarea clientului. Mic dejun si cine bufet, extrem de bogate in optiuni culinare, din ingrediente mereu de super-calitate. Bucatari excelenti. La 3 minute pe jos e Langenfeld, un orasel superb, stil traditional austriac foarte "chic", cu o biserica superba, dar si cu magazine moderne.

Bella struttura, ma troppe regole, relax!
Pros:

C’é da distinguere tra spa e ristorante o la struttura in generale a mio parere. Infatti, il ristorante, i camerieri e le receptionist sono state tutti gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Inoltre il menù del ristorante è davvero ottimo con colazione e cena a buffet di alta qualità e abbondanti.
Inoltre la posizione è ottima, vicino ai principali sentieri da percorrere in bici. Anche il letto l’ho trovato comodissimo.

Cons:

La spa più che rilassante la definirei un lager. Personale scontroso e intrattabile, riprende per qualsiasi cosa gli ospiti. Io sono stata ripresa due volte, una volta perché stavo nuotando nella piscina con il costume in un’area dove si può anche stare senza costume (che va benissimo, ma non si può obbligare chi ha il costume a toglierlo per forza!!!) e la seconda volta perché stavo guardando il telefono ed è proibito. Insomma però si può capire che in una spa che dovrebbe essere un luogo rilassante avere addetti che riprendono continuamente gli ospiti non è quello che uno si aspetta, infatti il giorno dopo potevamo decidere se restare facendo un altro giorno alla spa o andare via e siamo andati via. In generale, nella struttura vigono eccessive e ferree regole: il dress code del ristorante che deve essere elegante, la spa con regole ad ogni metro e ad esempio anche il terrazzo su cui non si può stare a piedi scalzi ma solo con le scarpe 😭😱. Inoltre, nella spa anche nelle sale dove dovrebbe esserci silenzio per rilassarsi, si sente la musica a tutto volume delle attività esterne. Per essere una struttura dove ci si dovrebbe rilassare è davvero tutto troppo rigido, noi non ci siamo rilassati per niente!
