You need to go here for your soul, mind and body
Pros:

Room comes with great view.
Dinner and breakfast including in price with SPA service.
I even took hiking tours with local guide Patricia was her name and she was knowledgeable, sincere and fun!
It would be perfect to explore the local landscape and nature while you are there.
Lovely local restaurant we stopped for break was up in the mountain. Local milk and bread dessert was must to try. Delicious!
Then I came back in the afternoon enjoy SPA until dinner time.
Sauna session they provided was relaxing and nice aroma therapy done by instructor( I forgot his name ) was also great!
Mounir was my server and he was exceptional. He made people laugh each table he goes. His commitment for his job need to be recognized.
And so as Rafael the master of omelette in breakfast.
He makes people’s day start right with positive energy with humor
I saw many children faces brighter instantly by him. Amazing!

Pros:

Byla to naše již druhá návštěva ve vašem krásném hotelu a rádi se k vám opět vrátíme. Vše bylo dokonalé: pokoj, personál, snídaně i večeře, wellness a lokalita.

Not as Impressive as Expected
Pros:

The breakfast and dinner included in the stay were of very good quality. Nice that the facility has parking.

Cons:

Is nothing fancy. I def would not recommend to go out of your way to get here, unless is during the proper winter time to get the view of the snowy alps.

Many areas were closed.

Getrenntes Bad und Wc im Hotelzimmer, eigener Balkon, grosses Angebot im Preis inbegriffen (Frühstück, Abendessen, Gesamte Therme, Minibar inkludiert…)

Cons:

Das Alle Spa-Bereiche Textilfrei sind fanden wir unangenehm. Häufig bemerkte meine Freundin Blicke von älteren Männern, welche sie sehr unangenehm fand und sich somit nicht entspannen konnte. Wir finden das generell Bereiche angeboten werden für Menschen die nicht Textilfrei herumlaufen möchten.

Der Poolbereich war etwas überfüllt mit Menschen, jedoch denke ich, dass das mit dem Zeitpunkt unserer Reise zu tun hatte aufgrund von Feiertagen.

Die Einrichtung der Gesamtanlage ist etwas verwirrlich und nicht gut gekennzeichnet. Mit der Zeit merkten wir uns die Wege einfach.

Der Weg vom Zimmer zu den Anlagen dauert sehr lange.

Ціна не відповідає якості spa до 23:00 а в 22:20 вже наганяють із спа всі фото зони були закриті на вечерю не було що їсти плюс що здивувало окремо платити за паркінг, у номері не було навіть безкоштовної води чи принаймі тапочок оцінка 1 з 10
