Les dames qui tiennent l’établissement sont très serviables.
Impressive building, just a few minutes (steep) walk to main square. 3 night stay.
Very spacious and nicely decorated bedroom with heavy wood, Good beds. Average breakfast. Nice main terrace with views. Friendly staff.
To be repeated !
the worst experience in Greece in the last 10 years!
Sehr schön gelegen in historischem Haus.
This was a very old olive oil factory converted to a very nice guesthouse! Every time we want to visit Pelio we stay at this place mainly because of the setup and the super friendly 2-member crew that goes above and beyond to keep their guests happy. Spyridoula especially is a gem of a lady that keeps the place immaculate and the guests happy! I foresee many more happy visits there because the place offers everything! Mesmerizing spring waters running right next to the place make for unforgettable sleeping experience! Take a hike up to the mountain and keep your eyes open for seasonal fruit trees! Late June cherries are the best! Too many experiences to mention! Visit and find for yourself!
Un accueil parfait et un séjour idéal.
It was amzaing place and splendid view, very kind owner Mr Christof.
very good breakfest.
the arrival is quite challanging but finally when we arive it was extraordinery.
a local resturnets located in the center of the village each one of them are very good.
Had a fabulous stay, the owner was so friendly and helpful, the location is beautiful and the facilities are good
The property is amazing and the scenery is simply magical. Staff very polite and helpful and nice breakfast with local products. The village is traditional with great atmosphere. I would certainly recommend it!
Polu kalh filoksenia kai eksuphrethsh, apisteuto fresko prwino kai polu katharo to dwmatio!
The place is very good as long as you can find it and do not need to park next to it. There are hand-made/hand-written road signs at certain points through the village but (1) they are easy to miss/overlook and (2) the "roads" they point to look more like a pedestrian-only pavement so anyone not driving a scooter has the tendency to distrust them and take the other, slightly bigger roads first (bad choice, they do not lead anywhere). Then the parking is a matter of luck on a narrow steep hill with slippery steps to the hotel proper. Would be quite fun with lots of luggage which fortunately was not our case. The hotel is nice and efforts were clearly exerted to make it look stylish and with unique atmosphere, but it is not one of the seven wonders of the world as some reviewers would have it. The village is quite out there but very picturesque and definitely worth a trip. TV did not work but since we did not really mind, we did not tell the manager. Would stay again if in the area AND taking a taxi :-)
Exceptional hotel in a great village. The staff was superfriendly and helpful. Agios Lavrendios is a picturesque village. The hotel is beautiful old oil factory. Highly recommended.
Fascinating place to stay near Volos, highly recommended, peacefull, bucolic Inn.
The staff is outstanding and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant and memorable stay.
Excellent Service; Thoughtful and tasteful decoration of rooms and common areas; very comfortable and spacious rooms. It would be helpful to provide a spare plug or two for charging mobiles or laptops (instead of unplugging bedside lamps)
Everything was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and made great recommendations. We enjoyed the views, our room. It was a great experience and we would absolutely go back.
The hotel is a completely renovated olive oil mill that has been converted to accommodate the needs of the modern traveler. Everything has been tastefully placed and organised with high attention to detail, always in perfect keeping with folklore and local architectural characteristics but also with respect to local customs.
Outside, majestic nature in a picturesque village that smells of burning wood, wet leaves and homemade food. Inside, a modern bathroom with a jacuzzi shower, comfy bed, wooden ceilings, beautiful windows overlooking acorn and walnut trees filled with chirping birds in an area surrounded by traditional houses with stone rooftops. In the morning, a really big (albeit not very innocent) breakfast served by welcoming people who are always there to tend to your every need, answer questions and give suggestions.
My only complaint relates to clear road and path signage; it is either non-existent or dreadful and can make one feel extremely hopeless and uncomfortable, especially after it gets dark.
There is nothing I can think of during that hotel stay I would've liked to be different. The people, the amazing landscapes that filled my camera with photos, the food, the coziness and the complete immersion in nature registered some truly wonderful memories.
Thank you 'Palio Elaiotrivio'!
This guesthouse is a dream. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year. The rooms are amazing. We saw a suite, and we will definitely book it for next year. Everything is clean and well equipped for the comfort of the guests. The breakfast was abundant and with delicious food. The manager, Christos, made our stay very special, he is a wonderful person. More than anything, this place offers comfort and tranquility. Very good price for top quality services!
