Panna Heritage Boutique Hotel

The stay was amazing.

It’s on the water, magnificent view of sunrise or sunset. You don’t have to go further. Enjoy on the large terrace with a cocktail.
The breakfast is tasty and with sufficient choice.
My room was also beautiful with a small terrace with 2 chairs, it gives much privacy.
I arrived at sunrise and they offered me breakfast free of charge, what a nice welcome.
I’ll rate it as a romantic hotel.

Great small hotel with a very friendly staff. Centrally located in the Old City with plenty of restaurants, shops and massage places.

Siisteys niin huoneessa kuin hotellissa muutenkin yllätti erittäin positiivisesti. Itse huone hieman pieni, mutta kaikki tarvittava jääkaapista lähtien löytyi. Hyvä wifi koko hotellissa. Länkkäriaamiainen ihan ookoo paikalliseen tasoon verraten. Hinta/laatusuhde enemmän kuin kohdallaan.

It is a quiet and peaceful accommodation especially close to many tourist attractions in the city of Chiang Mai. Temples with outstanding strengths and rich culture. I love it If anyone is a person who likes Lanna atmosphere, I highly recommend this place. The hostess is warm and you'll feel like you sleep at your own home.

The rooms are pretty basic, but clean and functional. We stayed there Dec 2019. No complaints of the rooms. What I am most impressed with was the services the staff was willing to provide. Ms. Ling from the front desk went over and above her normal responsibilities to help us out with some situations. e.g. we bought some mangoes, asked her if we could borrow a knife to cut them out, she took them back to the kitchen and cut them for us. Our family was speechless! Would definitely stay there again.

The check in was really fast. Our room was on the 1st floor. The room was very spacious and had everything you need. Only the problem was we had not every time hot water for shower and for me personally a hard matras. The surrounding of the room was great and in middle of old town. But overall this is a great value for money.

Love staying with Panna Heritage. The location is very good. Only 5 minutes walk to the Wat Chedi Luang and other tourist attractions. The staffs are nice and really helpful. We got the superior room on the second floor. The room is not that big, but enough space for us three (2 adults and a baby). Room amenities are also provided.

Lovely property with very nice staff. The location is perfect, just a block from the main drag in Chiang Mai so it is not as busy.

Rooms are a bit small and breakfast is not buffet style so some folks might wish for more, but I think they are both great for the price

If you’re looking for a simple place to sleep and shower this will do. The room we were in felt like it was in a mouldy basement. It was quiet, but had a bad mouldy smell. The shower had plenty of hot water which was nice (hottest shower I’ve had in Thailand yet!) The room was dated, but overall clean. The bathroom however could use a good cleaning. The shower curtain is not big enough for the shower stall so water gets all over the floor, making it quite slippery. Breakfast was made to order. Simple, but not much. Went for a second breakfast right after.

We arrived to a confusion of booking between Agoda and booking.com after several phone calls we were able to cancel the one booking and secure our room The Hotel is pleasant and adequate with few extras that they are not really necessary as this would not be a place to spend your holidays but rather a place to spend the night and then explore again the next day. Do not be tempted to go for a blind massage directly dOpposite hotel. We made that mistake thinking to support them but not a good decision they do you not stop talking and at least two men had severe coughs and kept splattering . We soon left.
The breakfast are very minimalistic so we suggest go and find a beautiful coffee shop and enjoy the city streets .

We had a fine stay here. We found the hotel to be a bit more stringy and with less English-speaking workers than others we stayed at in Thailand. The location was convenient for the old city's attractions. The room itself was fine - a bit dated, but sufficient for our needs. Overall, it was a fine stay, but didn't really stand out. If I was going back to Chiang Mai, I would look elsewhere.

This hotel was a lovely place to stay - perfect location, very helpful staff, cosy rooms with everything needed. Our room had a view on the courtyard, which was very nice! The Sunday market is literally around the corner, and South Gate is 5 minutes on foot. Perfect price/quality choice.

This hotel is central to OLD TOWN CM and easy to walk to lots of sites to see. Staff is very friendly. THE ROOMS are great if you like to save money. ALMOST 100% to US standards, but this is SE Asia. If you want top quality, pay 5 times more.
CLEAN, nice beds, bath, private. Nice open feeling to hotel and very safe.

Stayed here two nights, both the girls who worked the front desk where friendly and super helpful.
Room was nice and clean. They restocked towels and gave it a quick going over when I was out.
Right in old town so close to everything but not noisy to ruin sleep.
Felt safe there.
Would totally recommend.

Reception staff are very nice. Location is also very good, around the corner from the Wat Chedi Luang temple and the Sunday walking market. A short walk to south gate or thapae gate.

We got a double room on the ground floor, towards the back of the hotel. It was a bit dark and the little terrace just faced a wall, but that was not a problem. Black marks on the ceiling of the shower were not a good sign, but the very hard mattress gave my gf some problems sleeping and we decided to move to another hotel. We did not make a fuss or complain, but did explain our reasons for leaving a day early. The staff offered to change our room, but we had already booked another hotel. They, voluntarily, refunded us for the night we didn't stay there.

It is safe to say, if you are unhappy, the staff will do their best to improve your experience, which is a lot to say for a hotel in this price range.

Internet connection was decent too.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic! The staff were very friendly at any time of the day! Even 4am when we had to check out for a flight! They always have a smile. The room was cosy but still had enough room for the two of us and it had a nice bathroom! The air con worked brilliant and a few English channels on tv if you want to chill in your room at all. The hotel was in a brilliant location to walk around. 15 mins walk to Night bazaar and not even 2 minutes to the Sunday walking street but still tucked away enough to not have everyone at the front of the hotel. I would definitely recommend!!

If you’re fussy with your pillows then yeah they’re hard. I’m not complaining, more of a pre warning if pillows are your thing.
