Excellent boutique hotel. Note that not much is around located in residential area but very close to transportation. Parking is super easy on regular street. Staff is excellent and attentive. It’s like a little Shangri-La awesome

Polite, clean and quiet place to stay

Not the first time I stayed at Cocomat. And not the last time I hope. Is a pleasant hotel with nice Cocomat furniture and their very comfortable beds and bed sheets. Nothing flashy but really calm atmosphere in a nicely designed hotel.

I love their bedlinnen & like the quiet location & the decor & the garden of this hotel. My favourite since a long time! Sorry, I forget their staff… friendly, always ready to help. And also the food is nice when you arrive late and just want to eat and hang out in your bedroom.

CocoMat was a lovely surprise boutique experience! Staff were kind, courteous and helpful. It was like walking into a spa oasis in the lobby as well as the room. Impeccably clean, everything felt fresh and well maintained. This hotel was recommended as somewhere to stay the night before an afternoon flight the next day, the distance to the highway concerned me, driving through the side streets of Athens can feel confusing but honestly after I did a preview of GPS instructions the trip to the airport was effortless! It was a calming experience to be in a neighborhood location. 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants or 15 minute stroll through lovely neighborhoods, I strolled!!

Beds and pillows were very comfortable, linens were top notch, black out drapes were very appreciated and the balcony in our corner room was a wonderful surprise, can’t get a balcony in the big hotels !

I will definitely stay here again if I’m in Athens!

Very clean, nice, well designed.

It was a beautiful room and amazing staff!!
The only thing we didn’t like was the open concept shower. When using the handheld shower, it was difficult to prevent the water from splashing around the room.

Breakfast excellent, friendly service and staff, and close to train station.
Did not like hand washer sink in bedroom area and TV limited to Greek channels

My 5th FABtastic experience at coco-mat hotel kifissia and it is as perfect as the 1st stay. Subtle, kind, just upscale enough but but never snobby service and the firm bed leaves my back and me energized for the next day. A most lovely eating and Libby area is also perfect for a book reading midday. For a responsible traveler, I look for and appreciate the few hotels on the planet which incorporate eco ideals. “Don’t waste food” is a positive message which the hotel delivers. I wish such messages would be as popular and delivered by those awful rap performers. Can you imagine a world where mindful intention was the pop culture?

Generally a very good property. Some very small maintenance and wear issues in the room. Overall good and very comfortable.

Hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was delicious! The neighbourhood which the hotel is located in, is very quiet and any restaurants were within a 15-25 min walk. There's a small supermarket and market with a short distance.

Staff couldn’t have done more to help - super friendly too. Mattress definitely gave me a good nights sleep
