El hotel como tal está bien, básicamente era para dormir, desayunar y cenar.

Cons:

El buffet y la falta de personal en el restaurante. En el turno de cenas sobretodo deberían poner más personal, sobretodo para ayudar a organizar a los clientes. Van muy estresados. Y el buffet tiene poca variedad, podrían ampliar el servicio de cocinado a la plancha y variedad de productos.
Y el párking una odisea tanto para entrar como para salir, muchas plazas en poco espacio y pudimos comprobar porque había protección en las esquinas de las columnas. Las tarjetas se desconfiguran a la mínima y cada vez que entraba alguien te iba que volver a recepción porque no funcionaba, creando un atasco en la calle de acceso

No parece un 4 estrellas
Pros:

Buffet desayuno completo y bien; buena localización.

Cons:

La comida y cena poquísima variedad y los 4 días repitieron pizza, hamburguesa y patatas fritas, si eso era fijo calcula que la variedad es escasa. Una máquina del café se estropeó y 48h estuvo ko, las otras 3 llenas haciendo fila.
Garaje del hotel antiquísimo y no apto para coche largo, llovió y se llenó de agua.
Habitaciones enanas, el WC tan pegado a la pared que no te puedes casi ni sentar y la puerta del baño abre justo para no dar con el lavabo.

FIN DE SEMANA MARAVILLOSO
Pros:

Las piscinas están muy bien, pero por desgracia nos llovio y nos pudimos utilizarlas, tenia a su socorrista. Tambien me gusto el animador del Hotel, el cual fue excelente con todos los huespedes de distintas edades, tanto con sus bailes, sus juegos y hasta acompañar a visitar el entorno. La ubicación perfecta estás en el corazón de Salou. El sábado fue noche temática con copita y golosinas. El almuerzo y cena muy bien.

Cons:

La comida del buffet un poco floja. Tema pescado no hay casi nada y lo poco que hay no me gustó. El pollo plancha estaba no masticable. De la comida a la cena no varia mucho, es casi igual. Tienen que cambiar de proveedor.
