Péssimo, odiei este hotel.
Pros:

Já estive em vários hotéis em salou, mas este foi só péssimo.

Cons:

Funcionários super desagradáveis, comida péssima e sempre a mesma coisa. Se me levantasse para ir buscar outra coisa, quando chegasse a mesa já não tinha o prato, enfim, foram as piores férias da minha vida.

El alojamiento se encuentra cerca de la zona de la playa y de la zona de ambiente para tomar algo

Cons:

Largas esperas en las planchas a la hora de hacerte la comida al momento cuando ni siquiera llenaban toda la plancha con carne o pescado . La comida y la cena han sido bastante repetitivas todos los día . Hemos preguntado si podían dejarnos una habitación para ducharnos el último día y nos han dicho que el hotel está lleno cuando me he metido en booking y me deja reservar para hoy mismo . El año pasado nos alojamos y nos dejaron una habitación sin problema

Clean hotel would not recommend the food to anybody.
Pros:

The hotel overall is very clean and in a good location.

Cons:

The staff were not friendly compared to other years and came across as very rude and ignorant especially for the bar staff. The food was not good at all felt like rushed slop being plated up as quick as they could. The plates were disgusting some even had lumps of others people breakfast stuck to them after being "cleaned".
