המלון היה מצוין מכל הבחינות. החדרים והשטחים הציבוריים היו נקיים מאוד, הכל חדש ומטופח, האוכל היה ברמה גבוהה ומגוון, הספא היה מפנק ומאובזר היטב, והשירות של כל אנשי הצוות היה אדיב, מקצועי וקשוב. נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה ונשמח לחזור בעתיד.

Cons:

לא היה משהו משמעותי שלא אהבנו. החוויה הכוללת הייתה מצוינת. המנות בארוחת ערב איכותיות וטעימות, אפשר היה להגדיל את הכמות.

הזמנו סוויטה. קיבלנו דירת גן... במלון הזה קוראים לזה סוויטה. במקום נוף הרים ופתוח (או אגמים, למה באים לאוסטריה?...) קיבלנו נוף לדשא עם מיטות שיזוף.

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft und auch der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Das Frühstück war gut, für den Preis hätte es aber auch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Was super ist, dass man sich noch zusätzlich ein Omlett mit verschiedenen Zutaten zusammenstellen kann, das wird frisch zubereitet oder Spiegeleier. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und auch wirklich groß genug. Die Betten waren gut, aber das ist auch Geschmackssache. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Vor Ort gibt es Leihräder mit Elektroantrieb, der Preis ist ok. Leider sind diese aber nicht sehr gut instand gehalten. So war bei meinem Fahrrad das Reifenprofil abgefahren und die Bremse schon etwas in Mitleidenschaft geraten (was auch normal ist, da in den Bergen auch viel Bergab gefahren wird, aber gerade da ist eine vorherige Inspektion wichtig). Das Badezimmer war sehr klein für den höheren Preis. Für schmale Leute aber ok. Beim Buchen habe ich ein Zimmer mit Balkon ausgewählt, vor Ort stellte es sich allerdings eher als Austtritt dar, wo gerade mal ein Stuhl quer stehen konnte. Es ist ein schönes Hotel, in toller Lage, leider fehlt es dem Hotel ein bisschen an Herzlichkeit, um den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Aber das sind eher Kleinigkeiten. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt

Naprosto výjimečný pobyt, který předčil naše očekávání.
Hotel je úžasný ve všech směrech – od prvního okamžiku nás přivítal skvělý, milý a vždy usměvavý personál, díky kterému jsme se cítili opravdu vítaní.

Velkým zážitkem byla gastronomie. Pětichodové večeře byly na úrovni špičkové restaurace, téměř jako zážitek typu Michelin – promyšlené, krásně servírované a chuťově dokonalé. Snídaně byly velmi bohaté a kvalitní, stejně jako odpolední bufet, který nás překvapil svou rozmanitostí a úrovní.

Hotel má nádherný biotop na koupání s klidnou odpočinkovou zónou, kde má člověk pocit soukromí, klidu a naprosté pohody. Pokoj byl prostorný, čistý, postel velmi pohodlná a celkově bylo vše dotažené do detailu.

Velmi oceňujeme také místnost pro elektrokola a možnosti krásných vyjížděk do okolní krajiny. Lokalita je pro aktivní odpočinek naprosto ideální.

Za nás byl pobyt jednoduše dokonalý. Rádi se vrátíme a hotel můžeme s čistým svědomím doporučit každému, kdo hledá kombinaci krásného prostředí, výborného servisu, skvělého jídla a opravdového odpočinku.

Cons:

Upřímně šlo jen o drobnosti. Balkon byl opravdu velmi malý a na pokoji by se hodila lednice. V kontextu celého pobytu jsou to ale jen malé nedostatky, které nijak nesnižují náš celkově skvělý dojem.
