Easy to find from the main road from Heraklion, huge well equipped apartment, nice pool and view, friendly staff, great breakfast. 5 min walk to old town for a mooch around. Superb value for money.

Kleinschalig complex op een paar minuten lopen van het gezellige dorps plein.
Groot app, fijn bed, heel schoon.
Fijn zwembad met ligbedden en een bar waar je een drankje ect kan halen.
Ontbijt smorgens aan het zwembad terras, en heel goed !
Heel vriendelijke eigenaren !

Trotz spätem Check In (23:45) wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen!
Sehr gepflegte Anlage, leider mussten wir am nächsten Tag gleich weiter - dort hätten wir es noch ein Weilchen ausgehalten :-)

Fantastisk mottakelse av hyggelig og blid daglig leder som trakterte gjester med et stort smil og eleganse.
Veldig komfortable leiligheter med gode senger i separat soverom, stort oppholdsrom og kjøkkenkrok.
Innbydende og rent rom med balkong og alle de viktigste fasiliteter.
God frokost med stor variasjon servert med et stort smil av smilende og interessant vertinne.
Flott basseng.
Kort vei til meget gode restauranter som Harakas med flere.
Jeg kommer tilbake.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, echt een familiebedrijf. Goed ontbijt, fijn zwembad en fijne appartementjes die elke dag schoongemaakt worden.

Bella Vista is a small, family run hotel. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest beach (40 mins) but what it offers more than compensates for this.
Eli, Spiros and Melanie are the most welcoming team we have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am sorry not to know the name of the chef, the other breakfast lady and the lovely housekeeper.

The location will provide a very authentic experience of Crete. Literally 5-6 walk to a square full of restaurants and Tavernas which are all excellent. And where we also booked our trip to Spinalonga with the lovely Bob.


If you choose to Bella Vista as your destination, you will return from your holiday feeling restored and comforted ( if maybe 10 pounds heavier). We will return xxx

The staff was really friendly, is a family business hotel, when organised. Great breakfast, and nice pool. Very close to HERSONISOS old center for food.

The staff is very very caring and helpful - they went far to make our stay the best possible. We had a beautiful stay and we will most definately come back if possible. Super breakfast with lots of choices and a poolbar with plenty of snacks and drinks. Clean pool, padded sunbeds and enough umbrellas, towels and possitive vibes.
Very welcoming owner/family doing a very good job making their guests feel good.
They have done a great job in 'freshing up' the hotel and it is kept well.
Just a few steps from the small city square with lots of good traditional restaurants.
Only positive recomendations from us.

The rooms & all areas of the hotel were kept in pristine condition & clean.

Perfect hosts and a very convenient location. Elli, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and that we had a great experience. Even when our plans changed, she was more than willing to accommodate us and help us find a solution. The breakfast was also very tasty with lots of options. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Crete!

We found the Hotel owner (Eli) to be very helpful & approachable on all levels. The Hotel was considered to be of a very good standard (for a 3 star). The Pool / Bar/ Foyer areas were very clean and to a high standard, the sunbeds were comfy and the pool was clean / well maintained.
Our room (top floor) had everything we needed, inc good AC & kitchen area & view down to the coast. The room was cleaned to a high standard whenever needed.
Our package included the Ala Carte breakfast, which comprised of meats, cheeses, croissants, cake, Greek pastries, Yoghurt, Granola, fresh fruit, tea & coffee, fruit juices and a choice of cooked breakfast. Overall breakfast was considered to be very good.

In summary, the Bella Vista is a lovely little hotel, conveniently located within a few minutes walk of the Old Hersonissos centre, but with a an easy 15 minute stroll to the edge of the more busier resort of Piskopiano.

We would highly recommend the Bella Vista Hotel!
